"What? I have to sing with tonight with her?" I hear Cally exclaim at me. Tonight was the Sectionals.
"We'd been practicing for a few weeks, and we have the songs down pat." Quinn says.
"Get up loser we are coming to my house to practice for an hour make sure you know the lyrics." She pulls me out the door. I sit awkwardly on her desk as we ran over the lines for the song. We were going to win this just by the power of our two voices. Gosh I sound like mum.

Watching the Warblers preform was scaring me a bit. They were good. Really good. We were 2nd and now sitting back stage. I fitted with my dress. It was a new addition to the Glee Club Wardrobe. (Picture ↑). I clicked my heels against the linoleum floor.
"Give it up for New Directions." I took. My place off the side of the stage waiting for my cue. Cally was to sing first because I wanted to save my voice.
Cally
[She sees them walking in a straight line, that's not really her style.
And they all got the same heartbeat, but hers is falling behind.

The audience was hysterical with the clapping. The back curtian lifted and the others lined up for the dance number which Heather and Hazel were mostly singing with help from the more vocal.

We waited while Vocal Adrenaline went. They weren't as good I mean who does a straight medley of Ariana Grande songs. We were lined up along the stage waiting. All of the New Directions hands interlocked.
I was holding Cally and my mom. Who was the director of the club.
"In 3nd place: From Carmel High Vocal Adrenaline." They frowned and sulked.
"In 1st place: From McKinley High School in Lima Ohio The New Directions." We started screaming.
