"Very well, Team Leader Lee."
They broke the handshake.
"Shall we move now?"
"Of course, please lead the way, Team Leader Lee."
Lee Soohyuk somehow wanted to laugh at this moment when he heard the cheeky voice of Lee Byul.
"Ah, could we stop at another team first before going to your team?"
"I suppose we could but is there a particular reason for the request?"
"Not really. It would be easy for you to stop right after introducing other teams then go back to your team rather than make a long way before returning back to your team. It would be easier like that, don't you think so?"
"That's true. Well then, I hope you will enjoy my company this morning."
"Of course I would. You are my idol, Lee Soohyuk-ssi."
They have started to walk but Lee Soohyuk was taken aback by the sudden confession.
"I am?"
Lee Byul nodded.
"You are. As what has been known by you, your name was not foreign by other people outside either the guilds or government. Do you know why I chose this Company to collaborate with when I usually reject such an offer?"
Lee Soohyuk huffed a soft laugh.
"Is it because of me?"
Lee Byul nodded enthusiastically.
"Of course, it's you. I would want to work with you. I've always been waiting for the Chairman to come to me with the proposal of collaboration, and here I am. I hope you are not disappointed over my reason, Lee Soohyuk-ssi."
"Not at all. Besides, you are my idol too, Lee Byul-ssi."
Her eyes sparkled.
"This is shocking. I didn't believe it when Namjoo said that to me. Now I know he was not lying."
Her bubbly personality puts him at ease. Lee Soohyuk never knew that Aries would act like this. He just got to know one thing about Aries based on what Taurus told him yesterday, but experiencing it by himself sure felt more shocking.
He believed Aries would be someone older or at least at his age but this woman looked younger than him. Her cherry persona reminded him of Jungsoo.
"You looked quite young yourself. I heard you are the one who founded the Celestial Arcane. This makes me respect you more."
Lee Byul hummed for a moment.
"I suppose so. It was hard work but I managed to go through all that with my ability, fortunately."
"I admire you, Lee Byul-ssi. You have come this far with the noble goal."
He admired Aries for that. Not stopping to help people around moreover at night when monsters are more violent. Not like him, who was once thought of quitting after witnessing the death of the people he once saved.
He is more than grateful that Kim Roksoo was saved from the tsunami of monsters at that time. Seeing Kim Roksoo was a relief for him.
"You shouldn't use that word on me, Lee Soohyuk-ssi. I'm no noble at all. Do you know why I founded this group?"
They stopped at one of the healer team's offices first. Making a simple greeting before they make their way to other teams.
"I did not."
A wry smile etched on her face.
"Though, the idea of saving people was the priority goal for Celestial Arcane, the hidden goal that my group agreed upon was something else that was circulated on my own selfishness."
