Finally, Four's house was okay again.
At least, somewhat. They still had a bit to go.
But Four was suspicious... a house fire doesn't just happen on its own.
Nothing was bad with the electrical system, and Four's parents weren't there that day.
He knew he didn't do it, that was obvious.
So what happened?
There was a number of other things Four wasn't considering, but he was sure it was someone.
Maybe an object didn't like him? Their school was awfully close to his house.
And then there were humans.
Nobody he's seen one in at least 15 years, but still... there were rumors...
But no. There was no way it was a human.
It had all happened so quickly. He swore he saw a silhouette running away with some kind of gasoline.

That shows it wasn't Fire-ey or any of those glowing objects...
He thought.
Or black hole, because he can't hold things. And I couldn't here been able to see him.

His parents told him not to worry.
He only got more anxious.

X's perspective————-———
Sun shone on my cheek as I stumbled out of bed.
Immediately, Four called me.
"Jesus, does he have telepathy or something? Is that the wrong word... god, I don't even know."
I picked up.

"Yes, Foury?"
"Hey, I wanted to know if you wanted to come over, or vice versa. I have an idea or an investigation."
"Huh. Yeah. See you soon."
I ran downstairs and grabbed my scooter.

(?)

The gasoline jug floated in the air, following me, as I was using my powers.
Whoever hurt my sister is going to pay.
(Text from ——-)
Oh, their name is Four?
(Another)
Thanks, (bleep) my sister is going to be thankful.

-arrives at Four's house-
Time to set this place ablaze.

No perspective—-
Present day-
"I am thinking it's some kind of variable or equationist."
Four frowned.
"The silhouette was really short and seemed fluffy."

"Yeah, only the equationists have thick fur, except for a friend of mine, Divide, so he's out of the question." X said, puzzled.

"Isn't your cousin an equationist?"
X nodded to Four's question.
"We should call her."
They quickly dialed Pluses number.
She immediately hung up.
"Uh..."
They tried again, but to no avail.
"That's not good."
Four said.

Suddenly they heard pounding on the door.
It was Plus, looking like she'd run a marathon.
"Oh, hey-"
She sprinted in and slammed the door.

"He's after me."
