X arrived at Four's house. The sounds of a jackhammer and building filled the air, as the kitchen and garage were burnt down.

You're sure this is it?

They jammed into their cell phone, their heart going a mile a minute.

uh, doy i live here. you here yet?

Came the jumbled response from Four.

X inhaled and knocked.

To no surprise, there was Four.

"What was this 'thing' that was too important to ask in a text?"

He asked, the front door swinging open.

"I-I..." X's face was a bright red.

"Yes?" Four asked, waiting for an answer.

"Do you want to go to the playground with me?" X burst.

Four laughed. "Of course. Were you afraid I'd say no?"

"Very." X let out a small awkward giggle.

(later, at the park.)

X sat on the ground, while Four was on a bench.

"Why are you on the ground?" Four asked, concerned.
"The bench is small..." X muttered.
Four picked them up and put them on their lap.
"Better?"
X grinned.
"Much."

"Did you like the date?" X jumped up and down.
"That was a date?" Four asked.
X frowned.
"Well-"
Four smiled. "I loved it. But, sometime soon, I wanna show you a real date."
X gasped. "Is Friday a good 'sometime'?"
Four chuckled. "Yeah. Yeah, Friday's perfect."
