The whole ride back was torture for him. While Henrick was staying in the front with Anna, Elsa and Jack were in the back...cuddling. He tried not to stare for too long, or else it would just make things awkward, but everytime he did, his heart kept lurching in his throat. Thank God Anna was there to break the ice.

"I hope you don't mind Jack, but we didn't know you were coming. We were going to throw Elsa a welcome home party, but since she has you now, we'll have to make a few alterations." she said, keeping her eyes on the road. Henrick glanced at them through the rear-view mirror. Watching the couple in the backseat.

Jack waved it off.

"Ah, hey, she wanted it to be a surprise and I can't complain, but you guys don't have to go out of your way for me." he said humbly, and Henrick raised a brow, a deadpan look on his features.

Oh really? He thought to himself, but looked away to the road. He didn't like Jack, not one bit at all. Maybe it was his overprotectiveness of Elsa, or the classic confident air that he had, but he didn't like him.

Thank God for Anna again or else it would be an awkward ride back to their home. She was almost jumping out of her seat that it made him nervous so he held onto the 'oh-shit-' bar (as he called it) on the top of the door.

"I have so many questions about how you guys met, but I don't want you guys to be repeating yourselves over and over again. I can't wait to hear it!" Jack laughed and held Elsa a little closer.

"Trust me, it's a tale to tell." he said, and Henrick nodded with a poker face.

Oh yea... I would LOVE to hear it. He thought.

Just as everyone was settling in their seats in the living room, Jack and Elsa remained standing in the front, him holding a glass of champagne and Elsa having nothing. (she never drank ever in her life, as far as Henrick knew.) The while family was there, even some close friends like Kai Burns, Helga Fisher, and Kristoff Bijordman.

Henrick sat beside Kristoff and Anna following on the single couch there, waiting for everyone to settle down for their story. Helga was giggling like a hyena and waved them on.

"Go on! Go on! How did you two love birds meet?" she asked, and Elsa blushed bashfuly, and looked to Jack first. He took his cue.

"Well, it was around December I think, and it was nearing Christmas. I was working at a toy shop around the corner where Elsa worked as a barista for Starbucks. My uncle who owned the toy shop always went by there and told me of this beautiful woman that I just had to meet." he said, looking at Elsa with adoring eyes, which made Henrick's heart ache.

"So, of course I went to see for myself, and my God, was he was right." the audience 'awed' and then it was Elsa's turn.

"The first thing he said to me was when my shift ended, I said at 6:00. Then he asked me what I was doing for Christmas, I was confused but I answered anyways saying that I was going to spend it with myself. He gave me a sad look and asked if there was any family for me to celebrate with, and I said that my family's all the way up over seas. Then he slapped the table and said that I was going to spend the Christmas with him and his family."

Henrick played out the whole ordeal in his head;

Elsa furrowed her brows.

"Sorry?" she asked, asking for confirmation. "is this a prank? Did Tiana put you up to this?" she added, and Jack shook his head.

"Names Overland, Jackson Overland, my uncle Nickolas Overland ownes the toy shop just a few blocks down. He comes here every morning getting coffee for the staff." he provided, and Elsa's eyes sparked in recognition.
