CHAPTER 4

'Thank you for the hard work everyone!' Jisoo thanked everyone.

'Today was a tough day wasn't it?! Yeah, it was.'

'I thought my spine would break!! Today there were more customers than usal.'

'May be because of the weekend'

'Yeah, May be.'

Everyone was bickering about their day. YN was preparing to go to home. She didn't talked to anyone. She took her bag and was about to leave, suddenly Jisoo Came in. 'Everyone, treat is on me you all are getting more salary from now on. YN was happy but she didn't show it. She tried to escape the treat party. Jisoo caught her. 'Hey, where are you going? Join the party.'

'No, I gotta go home. My father must be waiting."

'Can't he wait? Is he sick?'

'No. He is alone at home. I need to give him food.'

'You must be tired. At least take this with you.' Jisoo gave YN a parcel.

'Thank you very much.'

'Hey, Do you Want me to drop you home?' Namjoon asked.

'No, I am good.' YN denied the offer.

'Are you okay? You don't talk much to everyone. Is everything alright?'

'I am okay Namjoon. My house isn't far from here. I can walk from here.'

'Okay, But tell me if anything happens, okay? I am worried about you.'

'Thank you, I couldn't ask anything more than that.' With that YN left.

"She really is a stubborn one." Namjoon thought and went back to the restaurant.

Everyone was partying and Jisoo was lost in her thoughts. She snapped out from her thoughts when someone called her.

'Boss, are you here?' An employee asked.

'Oh, yeah, I was thinking something. Did I miss something?'

'Yeah, we were asking you why is there a rise in the salary.'

'Do you know a company named S. K groups?They offered a partnership to us.'

'Who doesn't know them?, They are all over the news now. I am so lucky to be in a restaurant partnered with them.'

'Why do you think they are interested in us?' Namjoon sat beside Jisoo and asked.

'How am I supposed to know? Maybe because of all the celebrities and others coming here.'

'Whatever' Namjoon took a drink for himself and one for Jisoo. He went near Jisoo and gave her the drink.

' Are you in love?' Jisoo asked Namjoon which made him choke on his drink.

'what made you think so?'

' I am not an idiot to not see it'

'What do you mean?'

'your eyes are on YN all day and you've been spacing out too much. That's not like you.'

'I am not in love, Jisoo, you are just overthinking. Anyway, I am heading home. See you tomorrow.'

'Yeah, see you'

"Idiot" Jisoo thought and joined others.
