CHAPTER 16

' I am sorry.'

' Keep it to your damn self.'  Taehyung was mad.

' I never meant to keep it a secret, but I got no choice. I realised that making you involve in my business only brings danger to you. I am really worried about you, I swear.'

Taehyung sighed hearing those words.
' Whatever, Just send someone to take us. We're at the subway.'
He ended the call without saying anything further.

' What a twist of fate, isn't it?' Yn said coming near to tae.

' It sure is. A twist of fate it is.' He let out a sad chuckle.

' Now we should just wait here, he'll definitely come here, won't he?' Yn asked making sure.

' Well, he should I guess. We got rid of that car, didn't we?'

They sat under a tree. It was so silent. But then Taehyung asked the most silliest question.
' Why didn't they take my phone if they took your?'

' You were disposable, dummy! ' Yn said making fun of him.

Taehyung scratched his nape out of embarrassment. Soon the atmosphere got lively. Hyunjin too joined them. Soon after that a car came near them to pick them up. Soekjin was present in it too. Everyone got inside the car. Soekjin was sitting near driver's seat. The three of them sat behind him. The drive was silent. No one dared to say a word. Out of guilt Soekjin started the conversation.

' Taehyung, I am sorry.'

Taehyung didn't say anything and kept looking outside the window. His head was in a storm of thoughts that nobody could see. After a long half an hour they reached at the base. Taehyung and YN was taken for treatment for the injuries they never had. After the treatment Soekjin along with Yoongi and Jungkook visited them. They were talking with eachother when Jin visited. After a long sigh Jin started talking.

' So as an apology, I would like to explain what really happened.'

Tae and YN gave their attention to what Jin was saying.

' Your name is YN, right? As for the reason you were kidnapped was, your relative someone named Yunho gave us money to kidnap you.'

' Yunho? That damn old man, I never thought he would go to this much lengths just for my property.' Yn said with so much resentment.

' And this mission wasn't even informed to me directly, it was given to my friend here, who is the boss of a sub division operating under me. I only knew it when you went missing, Taehyung.'
He looked directly at Tae when saying the last sentence.
Taehyung didn't say anything.

Soekjin continued.

' I never told about you or your identity to them. I had to do it. In my line of work anything could be used against me. As you're my brother it's most likely to use you against me and if something happens to you through that I would regret it for the rest of my life. I just want you to understand why I did it.'

' It was never one of my concerns. All I am asking is what kind of job you're doing ,Why did you choose it and what are the consequences and benefits of it. I got all the answers of everything but for these questions.' Taehyung said without even a small change in his facial expressions.

Soekjin looked directly into Taehyung's eyes. He sat silently for about a minute. He was gathering words for the answers. And a moment after he started talking.

' I am not sure if you're ready to digest the truth. I am ... I am not sure what to say about myself. You could say I am a bad person. Everyone who knows me are either criminals or of local gangs who carry out the dealings of drugs. As for my job, you guys call people like me Mafia or Yakuza or something like that. I am the one who controlling the underground world.' 
He looked at Taehyung only to find him already looking at his face. All sitting there could see the rage in Tae's eyes. Still he sat there without uttering a single word. Truly enraged by the truth coming from his brother's mouth.
' And don't get me wrong just because I am a yakuza, I literally rule here. As you can see the rate of crime is never higher than 7 percentage and that is a 10 out of ten thousand. '

' No, I don't agree with you.' ________ said.

So my results of board exam came and It came with satisfactory marks. I was a lot busy all this time. Now I found time to write and here I am. Hope you all enjoy this story.
