In the Hospital:
Jack's POV:

I woke up to a white room. Plain but comforting. Besides all the machines.

Somebody opened the door.

"Jack oh my god," she whispered and ran over to me. Keegan.

She grabbed my hand with both of hers and held them tightly up to her face.

"I'm good," I chuckled at her.

She looked up to me and smiled.

"Obviously," she responded with a slight laugh.

I hope she doesn't know what happened, because the reason Taylor did what he did was all wrong. I had never meant for Madison to come out and sing with me, it was all her.

Keegan just stared at me with her beautiful smile. God, she's gorgeous. Then I see her eyes starting to water and a tear falls down her cheek.

"What?" I asked her while wiping the tear away with my thumb.

"I think I just realized...Im so in love with you," she responded and grabbed my hand.

"I lo-"

Somebody walked in and she quickly released my hand.

Taylor.

"Keegan we need to go," he said without looking at me even once.

Keegan's POV:

I didn't feel like arguing with him right now so I nodded my head and looked at Jack one more time.

"Don't worry, I'll be back soon," I said and got up, walking towards the door.

"I'll be out in a second," Taylor said while holding the door open for me and shutting it when I got out. Um...okay.

Taylor's POV:

"I'm sorry man," I apologized and made my way over to the chair that's next to him.

"No hard feelings, I just hope you know Madison was never supposed to sing with me, I think she did that on her own," he stated.

Me: "Yea Madison told me."

Jack:"So is there anything you want to tell me?"

I sighed.

Me:"I'm leaving."

Jack:"What?"

Me:"I'm gonna be leaving tomorrow and I would like it if you don't tell Keegan."

Jack;"I'm still not getting it"

Me:"Dude, do you see the way she looks at you?"

Jack:"With her eyes yea"

Me:"You really can't see it huh? The way she looks at you isn't the same way she looks at other guys. Not even me"

He shook his head.

Jack:"So what are you trying to say"

Me:"I'm moving away...far away for a long time. I want the best for Keegan and it's not me its you. Please don't tell her"

Jack:"Are you serious?"

Me:"Please"

He looked unsure.

Jack:"Okay"
