Neighbor: I'll get some more! *leaves*
Melissa Hoon: I can't eat these hot cakes dry!
Neighbor: *comes back* Can you lend me 20 bucks?
Melissa Hoon: Yeah, here. *lends her neighbor 20 bucks* You better pay me back.
Neighbor: Don't worry, I will. *leaves again*
