Eclipse's Redemption Arc (SAMS)

New Body

I start pacing back and forth again. How will I make Sun and Moon like me again...? Should I help fix Lunar? As stupid as it sounds, it will bring one weight off of their chest. Or maybe help them with the stupid Creator? Or...that Ruin-thing? God, what if they think I'm being manipulative again?

I didn't know what to do...I'm in a trap at this point...I've caused Sun and Moon so much pain...and now I'm in pain because of the damn star.

"Hey, AI? When will the body be ready?" I wondered.

"In a few minutes."

I close my eyes and wince in pain. The star power is getting worse, so I turned off my body so I would look like Solar Flare. I continue wincing, since I was in a lot of pain. It felt like a bunch of torches were piercing my metallic body.

After a few minutes of pain, my body was finally ready. I limped over to the station where a capsule encapsulated my body. I waited for the transition. Sure, the star power will travel with me, but I won't be using the star power constantly, so I hope it'll be better than before.

Once my consciousness is transported to this new body, I feel a lot better than before. But when I looked over to Solar Flare's body, Solar Flare is in the body now...

"I finally have control of the body I once possessed," Solar Flare stated.

"Yeah...is it possible that you can help me become...good again? Earth is helping me, and I need all of the help I need."

"I cannot help you. This is your sin, so you have to solve it yourself."

"Yeah. Thanks."

I rolled my eyes as Solar Flare nodded.

"I will be rooting for you though. I hope that it'll go well. I believe in you, Eclipse."

I smile, though not completely genuine, it did reach my eyes. Solar Flare gives me a small smile back.

"Thanks. That's probably the nicest thing you said to me."

"Well, maybe we all need a change."

Those last words rang in my head. Maybe we all DO need a change...

"You're right, Solar Flare. We all do need a change."

"Glad you agree with me, Eclipse. How about you go talk to Earth? You have ideas up in your head, I can tell. Maybe you can list off your ideas and she can possibly help you?"

I think for a moment, and nod.

"I guess I can try that. Thanks again."

"No problem, Eclipse. Good luck."

"Thank you."

With that, I teleport to Earth, ready to share my ideas with her.
