QUINN's POV
I walked through the door of my apartment. Nolee has an early flight back to Banff, so I left extra early to get her morning coffee and the flowers I've been buying for her every day. I also grabbed breakfast burritos for each of us.

The apartment was quiet around me. There was no sign that Nolee was awake yet so I quietly made my way to the kitchen. I found a vase to put the flowers in, then I made my way into my bedroom.

I opened the door quietly, walking in without making any noise. I set our coffees down on the night stand before looking at Nolee. She looked so peaceful, curled up around my pillow, hugging it to her.

I leaned down and placed a kiss to her forehead. I watched as she smiled lightly, her eyes remaining closed. A small smile spread across my face as I ran my hand over her hair and down her back. Her breathing sped up slightly, telling me she was awake.

I watched as she smiled and pat the pillow, wanting me to lay down.

"No you've gotta get up." I chuckled, slipping a kiss on her cheek.

She smiled and shook her head, her eyes still closed. I smiled at her antics, shaking her slightly.

"I got you coffee." I told her, waiting for a reaction. She snapped one eye open, looking at me. Her lips parted into her beautiful smile.

"Come on." I said, wrapping my arms around her and pulling her up into a seated position. I handed her the coffee, which she took graciously.

"Thank you." She smiled, her voice quiet.

"Of course." I smiled at her before going to her bag. I saw she had an outfit out for travel. I grabbed the hoodie she planned on wearing and folded it then put it in her suitcase.

"But I'm going to wear that." She frowned at me.

"No you're going to wear this!" I smiled, pulling out my fuzzy black sweater.

"Really?" She smiled, setting down her coffee.

"Yeah. You're going to the mountains, need to stay warm." I smiled.

"Thanks." She blushed, standing up and walking over to me. She stood in front of me, wrapping her arms around my neck, holding herself close. I placed my hands on her waist, making sure she didn't leave, not yet.

This past week has been nothing short of perfect. We've gotten so close, comfortable hugging, kissing, cuddling and sleeping in the same bed. We even went on a date, and conversation flowed effortlessly.

If I'm being honest I would've never thought someone like her would be interested in me in a million years. I'm dumbfounded that she even answered me in the first place, let alone continued to talk to me.

"Whatcha smiling about?" Nolee asked, her chin resting against my chest as she looked up at me.

"You." I grinned down at her, looking into her eyes.

She smiled back at me before burying her face into my chest. "I don't want to leave." She said, her voice muffled.

"I don't want you to leave either." I sighed. "But I'll be gone anyways and you're going to Banff!"

"Yeah I'm excited for that." She spoke.

"Well you don't want to miss your flight." I sighed, wrapping her tight.

"I know." She spoke softly, seemingly not wanting to let go.

"Well you get changed and I'll be in the kitchen." I told her, ruefully letting her go, but not before I placed a kiss on her lips.
