The nightmare people liked to call school was finally over. She fell onto a couple of students on her way to her locker that cursed at her. She couldn't help it as she was practically blind. When she reached it she faced the disgusting sight of the guy who pushed her this morning hooking up with a girl. With her luck, there is no questioning how she ended up having a locker next to the most popular girl of the school.

She actually waited patiently for them to finish, afraid that maybe he would do something like that to her again. But honestly, she was more afraid of what she could do to her –everyone knows that girls are worse than boys- and she already had one enemy, she could really do without another.

She didn't know how later, but apparently, they got bored of swallowing each other's face and decided to allow her to go home with her belongings.

The girl glared at her when she rolled her eyes at them but giggled when the boy whispered something in his girlfriend's ear.

"She's just jealous babe. And I don't want her to watch me while I fuck your brains out."

The girl looked at her and smirked. She was practically naked so she didn't understand why they couldn't do their job right then and there. She could wait.

But, she kept the thought to herself, not wanting to get herself in more trouble than she already was in.

She quickly stuffed her things in her backpack and made her way out, hoping she wasn't going to fall into the couple again.

Meanwhile, he was pacing back and forth in front of the school building thinking about what he could tell her to impress her. He was searching for the girl he saved, not less than three hours ago. He couldn't help but stalk her, protect her from anyone else who may want to hurt her, and walk with her around school, without her noticing. Even in the lunch break, he was there, keeping an eye on her and he stopped Andrew from attacking her again.

He glanced at the hallway watching a shadow walking slowly with its head down. It was her. Her. He didn't even know her name, how was it possible for him to love her? But he knew what he felt was love. His mum had talked to him about love a billion times, telling him how lucky she was to meet his father.

He shook his head and groaned when he realized that the girl had walked away from him. He watched her make her way to a bike chained in the school's bars and lost it. Before he could stop himself he was running towards her yelling.

"Hey!" He shouted but she didn't turn. She didn't believe that someone would want to talk to her. "Wait!" He ran up to her and grabbed her wrist to stop her from leaving. She turned around, casted a glance at his dyed hair and smiled. "I never got your name," he whispered, completely out of breath.

"That's because I never said it," she smirked but her face softened when he watched his drop. "It's Amy."

"I'm Michael," he introduced himself as well.

"It suites you," she climbed on her bike and started pedaling away. "Oh, and Michael!" She called out from the distance as he watched her leaving. "Thanks for saving my ass back there."

He nodded in acknowledgement and huffed, like it was no big deal. He didn't know how much it meant to her though.

He stared at her disappearing in the distance and thought about the possibility of them together. One in a zillion. "Look at the positive side," he said to himself. "At least you know the name of the girl in your dreams."

Little did he know that she felt the exact same way, but didn't believe they could ever be together.
