A week after the tragic accident, Aadhya slowly regained consciousness. 

Her surroundings were unfamiliar, and she felt disoriented and scared.

 As she tried to sit up, a team of doctors and nurses rushed to her side, gently holding her down.

A Doctor Softly said "Please, Aadhya, you need to rest. You've been through a traumatic experience."

 "No, I need to call my fiancé, Adhvik. He must be worried sick about me."

The doctor exchanged a somber glance with the medical team, his expression filled with regret.

 "Aadhya, I'm truly sorry, but there's something you need to know."

A sense of foreboding washed over Aadhya as one of the nurses brought a mirror to her bedside.

 She looked at her reflection, and the sight that greeted her was beyond her worst nightmares.

Aadhya's eyes filled with tears as she saw the truth. 

Due to the severity of the accident, she had lost both of her hands and her beautiful long hair.

 "No! This can't be real! Wake me up from this nightmare!"

But the doctor's sad shake of the head and the cold reality of her reflection confirmed that this was her new, painful reality. 

Aadhya's scream echoed through the hospital corridors as the weight of her loss and the challenges that lay ahead settled upon her.
