In Arun's mind,

there was a memory that had always left a bitter taste,

a memory of feeling overshadowed and forgotten by their father.

It was a memory that had sown seeds of resentment over the years.

It was a bright and sunny day,

and the family had gathered in their backyard for a special occasion.

Aadhya, even as a child, had a natural charisma that drew people toward her.

She was the center of attention,

 her laughter infectious,

her words captivating.

"Look at Aadhya, everyone! She's such a bright child."

Arun watched from the sidelines,

his young heart heavy with a sense of neglect.

It seemed like no one noticed him,

no one celebrated his achievements,

and his father's attention was always drawn to his sister's accomplishments.

As Aadhya danced around, reciting poems and making everyone smile, Arun tried to get his father's attention.

He showed him a drawing he had painstakingly created, hoping for a word of praise or a pat on the back.

"Dad, look at what I drew!"

But his father's response was lukewarm,

 a distracted nod,

and a quick return to watching Aadhya.

"That's nice, Arun. Now, watch Aadhya perform."

Arun's heart sank,

and he felt invisible in that moment.

It was as if he didn't matter,

as if his achievements were insignificant compared to his sister's charm and charisma.

That memory had lingered in Arun's mind,

 festering over the years,

fueling a sense of jealousy and resentment.

It was a painful reminder of how he had always been in the shadow of his sister's spotlight,

and it had left a deep scar on his relationship with Aadhya.
