Freen gradually began to regain consciousness, but still didn't open her eyes. The first thing she felt was a sharp headache, as if she had been hit on the head with something heavy. Then the girl felt the smell of dampness and some kind of rust smell that made her wince. This movement was not ignored and she heard a loud voice echoing in her ears.

"Freen!" It was Kate's voice, she could recognize it among a thousand other voices.

Suddenly, the events that had happened flashed through her mind. The girl had completely forgotten that she and Kate had been kidnapped.. maybe last night? Freen didn't know how long she'd been unconscious, so she couldn't tell how much time had passed since their abduction. Freen opened her eyes, hoping to see that her girlfriend was all right, but what was in front of her was shocking.

The first thing her eyes focused on, there were two girls in front of her. Freen didn't believe it at first, deciding that she hadn't fully regained consciousness, however, when the girl closed her eyes and opened them, nothing changed. Then Freen began to examine Kate for the presence of any wounds. Kate's blonde hair was disheveled, and there were bags under her eyes. Next to the beautiful little lips, there was a small scratch, which made Freen furious at the thought that her girlfriend dared to touch. After examining Kate again, Sarocha noticed that Kate's hands were tightly bound with rope, and her leg was in shackles attached to a brick wall.

After making sure that, with the exception of a scratch on her lips, Kate was fine, Freen turned her attention to another girl who was already staring at her. That girl was a brunette. Her hair was tied up in a small careless bun. The girl had bags under her eyes from lack of sleep. The lips were bitten until they bled. The clothes were shabby, as if the brunette was trying to resist. Her hands were also tied with rope, and her feet were shackled. Freen glanced at the brunette's face again and their eyes met. That girl's pupils noticeably enlarged, which made Freen frown, and then examine herself. She was sitting on a wooden chair, her hands were tied behind the back, and her feet were tied to the legs of the chair.

Then Freen looked around the place where they were. The walls were brick, but they were peeling off. There were huge cobwebs in every corner. To her right were shelves on which there were boxes, the contents of which the girl was afraid to imagine. However, she was confused by the absence of the men who abducted them. Freen finally turned to the girls and asked.

"Where are they?"

Kate shrugged and started to answer, but the girl next to her interrupted her.

"I woke up first and at that moment they were gone. After some time, maybe an hour, Kate woke up." Freen was surprised that the brunette answered her. She looked questioningly at her girlfriend, as if to make sure that this was true and the blonde nodded to her.

"Okay, but who are you?" Freen asked with some disbelief, which made the brunette grin.

"Rebecca. Rebecca Patricia Armstrong, or just Becky," she shrugged, and then noticed the confused faces of the two girls. "Oops, I think I only told Kate my name.."

"So you're the Rebecca?" Kate asked this with admiration, to which her girlfriend rolled her eyes. "I'm sorry, because of the situation we're in now, I wrote off your similarity as a coincidence, but..." Becky put her hand out with a laugh.

"Don't worry, it's fine. Just forget about it." The brunette smiled at Kate.

"So that's why you seemed so familiar." Freen replied and Rebecca turned her full attention to her. The brunette looked at Freen with some hope, but realized that Freen had finished her sentence and sighed.

"No, it's not because of that at all..." A note of sadness appeared in her voice, and her eyes dimmed.

"Hmm?" Sarocha didn't understand what Becky meant.

"Never mind, one day you'll understand." Then Rebecca turned away and an awkward silence hung in the air.

Becky was silent because she remembered. Freen was that girl from the beach, she knew it. Those hair and those eyes, Rebecca still remembered them. It was as if no more than five years had passed since that moment. And the same feelings that she experienced that day on the beach, she experienced now. But it wasn't just the rapid heartbeat and the blush on her cheeks. Rebecca also had to remember that burning feeling that this person cannot belong to you, because he is already occupied by someone. But there were feelings worse than that. Hope. At that time, Becky was hoping that the brunette would come back to her, she was waiting for her on the beach. But the girl never came back. And now, Rebecca hoped that Freen would remember her when she woke up. But that didn't happen. And it hurts like hell. Even more than the fact that she already has a girlfriend. She used to feel like she had been stabbed in the heart, but now it was as if her heart had just broken into small pieces. Shit, they barely know each other, but it hurts Becky a lot.

Freen was silent because she was trying to make sense of Rebecca's words. Could they have met before? But Sarocha is sure that she did not get involved with the Armstrong family business. In the other case, they could not see each other. On the other hand, Freen was trying to figure out exactly why they were here and for what. These thoughts really scared her. Do they need money? Or do they just want to have fun? Are they going to kill someone?

But the reasons why Kate was silent were really terrible. She was silent because she realized that her end must come in this basement. No matter what the kidnappers wanted, the blonde knew what she had to do. Kate wanted to tell Freen everything earlier, but she didn't want to leave her girlfriend alone. And now, having seen Becky, moreover, the brunette told her about that incident on the beach, Kate realized that her girlfriend was in safe hands. She can leave and find peace.

They had each spent some time in their thoughts when they heard a loud slam of the door. All three girls turned to the source of the sound, where two large men appeared. Freen swallowed, returning to her thoughts about a possible murder. A shiver ran down Becky's spine and she hoped again that Richie was on his way here. Kate looked calm, but she was actually scared. She wasn't afraid of death, she was worried that this was their last moment with Freen. And they didn't even have time to reconcile, although they were interrupted when they tried to do it. Kate told Becky about her intentions and saw that the brunette was really sorry for her. The blonde was sure that she had not made a mistake in her decision.

"It's time for fun, kids." Said one of the men. They were wearing black masks, but the way their lips spread with a smug smile was noticeable through the cutout for the mouth.

"What are you going to do with us?" Freen tried to sound as confident as possible.

"Oh, don't worry about it," the same man came up to her and roughly grabbed her chin so that she looked at him, "maybe no one will do anything to you, but... what will happen to them," the man pointed in the direction of Kate and Becky, "is entirely your responsibility.." The man said the last words in a quieter voice, and then removed his hand from Freen's chin and began to laugh.

"No, no, no... This can't be happening.. Shit.. SHIT," the girl began to speak softly, not taking what was happening for reality, after which she screamed and wanted to get up, but the ropes burned her leg skin.

She felt a single tear roll down her cheek. Both men laughed, pleased with the result. Freen already knew what choice she would make, but it's hard to live knowing that someone lost their life because of you.
