[Jungkook and Taehyung leave the Oasis; Tae turns to Jungkook, straightening his tie]

Taehyung: Well, You are welcome for the clue, and seeing as how any moron can run a plate, I will take that pen and bid you adieu. [holds out his hand for the pen]
Jungkook: The plate. I can't run a plate. Ooh... I'm not in the system yet.
Taehyung: [impatient] Give me the pen, please...
Jungkook: [turns to Tae, smiling slyly] What was it you said? "Any moron can run a plate"? Gosh, if only there were a moron around who were up to the task.

Taehyung: [frustrated] Bun, I did what you asked! You can't keep me on the hook forever.
Jungkook: Not forever. Well, I only have 36 hours left to solve this case. So can you run the plate or not?
Taehyung: [glares at Jungkook, then grins] Actually, I just remembered, I have a pal at the DMV.

[Jungkook and Tae drive up and enter the Department of Mammal Vehicles, DMV]

Taehyung: Flash is the fastest guy in there. You need something done, he's on it.
Jungkook: I hope so. We are really fighting the clock and every minute counts. [Jungkook notices that all of the workers are sloths] Wait, they're all sloths?
[The sloths are working slowly, stamping papers, stapling papers, and taking licence pictures, irritating the customers.]
Jungkook: You said this was gonna be quick!

Taehyung: [in mock surprise] What, are you saying that because he's a sloth he can't be fast? I thought in Zootopia anyone could be anything.
[they walk up to Flash] Flash, Flash, hundred yard dash! Buddy, it's nice to see ya.

Flash Slothmore: Nice to...see you... too.
Taehyung: Hey, Flash, I'd love you to meet my friend...
[to Jungkook]
Uh, darling, I've forgotten your name. [Jungkook gives Tae a look of annoyance]
Jungkook: Hmmm. [inhales] Officer Jungkook, ZPD. How are you?
Flash: I am... doing... just...
Jungkook: Fine?
Flash: ...as well... as... I can... be.
Jungkook: Hmm.

Flash: What...
Taehyung: [to Jungkook] Hang in there.
Flash : ...can I... do...
Jungkook: Well, I was hoping you could run a plate--
Flash : ...for you...
Jungkook: Well, I was hoping you could--
Flash: ...today?
[Jungkook waits a moment to see if Flash is finished saying his sentence.]

Jungkook: Well, I was hoping you could run a plate for us. We are in a really big hurry!
Flash : Sure. What's the... plate...
Jungkook: 2-9-T--
Flash : ...number?

Jungkook: [sighs faintly] 2-9-T-H-D-0-3.
[After a moment of pause, Flash slowly types the number on his computer as slow as possible.]

Flash : 2... 9...
Jungkook: T-H-D-0-3.
Flash : ...T...
Jungkook: [His ears droop. he's starting to lose his patience] H-D-0-3.
Flash : ...H...
Jungkook: [he briefly looks away and scowls] D-0-3.

Flash: ... D...
Jungkook: [slightly strained] Mm-hmm, 0-3.
Flash : ...0...
Jungkook: [desperately] 3!

[Jungkook anxiously waits and whimpers. As Flash is about to type the last number, Tae interrupts.]

Taehyung: Hey, Flash, wanna hear a joke?
Jungkook: [to Tae] No!
Flash : Sure.
[Jungkook groans in annoyance]
Taehyung: Okay. [inhales]
What do you call a three-humped camel?
[he holds up three fingers]
Flash : I don't... know. What do... you call... a...
Jungkook: [losing his patience, trying to move the joke along] Three-humped camel.

Flash : ...three-humped... camel?
Taehyung: Pregnant!
[laughs, elbowing Jungkook, who has an annoyed look and briefly glares at Tae. Flash slowly smiles, opening his mouth, and laughs slowly]

Flash : Ha... Ha... Heh... Ha...
Jungkook: Ha ha! Yes, very funny, very funny. Can we please just focus on the task?
Flash : [turns the other way] Hey...
Jungkook: [caught by surprise] Wait, wait, wait!
Flash : ...Priscilla. [Priscilla turns to him, slowly]
Jungkook: Oh, no!
Priscilla Tripletoe: Yes... Flash?
Flash : What... do...
Jungkook: [exhales a small gasp] No...!
Flash : ...you call ...a three...
Jungkook: Okay! Great! We got it! Please, just...
Flash : ...humped...

[Jungkook growls in frustration and bangs his head on the counter. Much later, the paper prints out; Flash slowly gets it out and slowly hands it to Jungkook]

Flash : Here...
Jungkook: Yes! Yeah, yeah, yeah, hurry.
Flash : ...you...
Jungkook: [hastily grabs the paper] Thank you! 2-9-T-H-D-0-3...
Flash : ...go.
Jungkook: It's registered to... Tundratown Limo Service! A limo took Otterton! And the limo's in Tundratown!
[quickly runs out]
It's in Tundratown!

Taehyung: [to Flash] Way to hustle, bud. I love ya! I owe ya!
[Jungkook and Tae walk out of the DMV]
Jungkook: Hurry! We gotta beat the rush hour and-- [looks outside, shocked, as he sees that it's already night time. A cricket chirps offscreen] It's night?!
[his voice slightly echoes]
