Nikki never was too sure why he hated all other genres of music except punk and hard rock, basically just his music. He hated the new wave of music, he hated how the fun was lost. He thought music was getting too serious now with bands like Nirvana. However, in an attempt to keep up with the current bands, the Mötley team decides to send them on tour with a newly joined again Vince Neil.

This brings us to the new-wave rock issue Nikki Sixx has. To bring more publicity to their tour the band manager Allan Kovac decided to bring in up-and-coming bands in the music scene to open for them. One of those bands is The Red Stilettos whose lead singer is Teagan Foxx. A 25-year-old with a bright smile, dark straight hair, and as Nikki Sixx will say later on "curvaceous babe", but we will get to that later.

When Teagan and her bandmates, Emma, Ava, and Stella got the news they were stunned. Emma and Ava Cooper are sisters, Emma plays bass and Ava plays the drums, and Stella plays the guitar. The girls had known each other all throughout high school, so when they found out each of them wanted to play music they were quick to start a band. They were based out of LA just like any other band, and they followed in the footsteps of LA bands that came before them. They club-hopped and played as many gigs as they could before they were found and signed to Elektra Records. Their manager, Susan Ford came along not far after they had signed and it was only up from there for the Red Stilettos.

Nikki and the rest of the band were less than pleased they had to basically piggyback off some girly band to stay relevant. A bunch of kids, as Mick Mars said it. The band was now in their early to late 30s Mick was now 44 and they were touring with a bunch of 20-year-olds. Tommy did defend the Red Stilettos saying they were in their late 20s but Mick still insisted they were kids. Nikki had done some research about them as soon as Allan had mentioned adding them to the ticket and as much as he hated to say it, they were good. Not saying he was a fan of them but they were talented and no matter how hard he tried he couldn't ignore that fact.

Now they were a month out from touring and they were finally meeting each other after months of rehearsing for the tour. Nikki was trying everything to avoid their new tag-along band so he made their rehearsal schedules different. Now that they were so close to leaving there was no avoiding meeting the new band.
