  Kara's POV:

As I walk into work I can't help but feel eyes on me, I get to Miss Grant's office and see her packing her items in a box. My brows furrow in curiosity. "New office?" I ask and she looks up at me. "Keira, finally. I have been meaning to discuss this with you." I feel a bit anxious as I sit down on the sofa by the desk, why was Miss Grant packing? What do we have to discuss? My thoughts are cut when she speaks up. "I quit, resigned, I'm leaving." my eyes widen as I hear the news, I stand up and walk closer shaking my head slightly. "Your kidding, your kidding?-" Miss Grant sighs and places a hand on her hip. "No, Keira I am not. I've decided that my son is more important to me than some lousy building." I'm happy to hear that, but this so called lousy building is my home. My lips formed into a little understanding pout and I nod. "I can understand..but, what happens to Catco? It's just gone?" She shakes her head. "No, sweet Keira. I've had the building set for preparation to be sold for weeks now, I've sold it to the highest offer. A woman, I agreed not to say anything so Illl keep her name out of this for now." I lick my lips and nod again, now curious about this mystery woman. "So..will I be fired?" I was too tempted to not ask. Miss Grant replies while she picks up the box off her desk. "No, I've made sure to put in an extra word for you just incase she was considering it." I smile lightly in appreciation, it was nice to know she thought about me. I help her with the boxes and walk out of the office besides her. "Thank you, Miss Grant. You'll always be my favorite boss, and dare I say good friend without getting my throat ripped out-" Miss Grant chuckles softly. "Twas a time, Kara." My eyes light up, she finally said my name right.
