As his human self he started something called the illuminati wanting to make the world safer in secret. He still would continue to be a hero and even teamed up with multiple cops. Later he mat Starman and was recruited into a team of heroes from around the world.
He's a little paranoid and dislikes governments but still likes making friends along the way.
