Rube was teached how to fight form his uncle learning how to use a shotgun. After a while he returned to his home town becoming a gangster as most called him "Crimson Gun". But after a while he left that life to become a hero instead of a gangster. He found out he was the reincarnation of the concept of war. He is the leader of a team with 3 other reincarnations.
