"AH!"
Gudako shouted as she sat up, sweating bullets. Her red hair was soaked with sweat as she looked around. She was still in her room. She calmed down, reaching over to turn the nightstand light's on, illuminating the room. She stood up and turned to the mirror on her closet door. She wore a loose T-shirt and a pair of white shorts. The shirt was soaked in sweat as well as the bed too. Her amber colored eyes slowly closed as she sat back down.
"Is everything alright Gudako?" A voice asked over the intercom of her room. It was Romani, the doctor/scientist of Chaldea. "Should I send one of the servants over to check on you?"
"N—no, I'm fine." Gudako smiled up at the security camera in the corner of her room. "Just a bad dream, nothing else.....thanks for checking though."
"If you say so......"
Gudako waited for the click of the intercom to turn off before sighing. She was Fujimaru Ritsuka, last master of humanity! What could a mere dream do to her?
Yet, her title did little to bring her any comfort. It was the same nightmare, the same one that's been plaguing her mind for the past two months. She would awaken at a tree. Watching as bodies swayed from left to right, hanging on the branches of the tree. It was a brutal massacre. And right when she felt like throwing up.........she would hear the sound of a baby crying.
The nightmare never went further than that, The main reason she didn't tell anyone about it. Sighing, she stood up and decided to get ready for the day.

Chaldea, the place where magic and science coexist with one another to fulfill one goal: keep the extinction of the human race at bay. This was a top secret organization that recruited mages, or magnus' as some are called, to help protect the world. This involved traveling to singularities. Singularities are altered points in history and could possibly result in the extinction of the human race. These singularities are mostly caused by Holy Grail wars that randomly started to manifest in different points in time. The grail was a magical artifact that will grant the winner of the war any wish they want. To participate in a Grail war required a Mage and a servant, a heroic spirit who also desires a wish to be granted. Not all heroic spirits were heroic, however. But it is Chaldea's duty to duty to prevent these Holy Grails from being used. However, the only current master alive was Gudako, last master of humanity and the heroic spirits she had summoned.
......truly a sign God had forsaken humanity.
Gudako was a bit of a history nerd when it came to Heroic spirits. She's summoned many to help in her quest at preserving humanity. From spirits such as Astolfo (that fucking Femboy) to the likes of Gilgamesh and Hercules. The former being more of a favorite among the female staff members despite knowing what he did in his tales. But out of all the servants she had, she only had two out of the set she wanted.
