"ALRIGHT MAGGOTS, LISTEN UP!"

It was a rather bland day as the sun shined down upon the earth, more specifically: the training grounds of the Orleans military base. Standing in a row in nothing but their noblest of clothes was the fresh recruits. Noble boys who would carry on the family tradition of serving the church and bringing honor to their family name. All of the recruits were tall and broad inheriting their military genes rather well. But as they stood in formation, none could handle the harsh words coming from the most skilled and smallest warrior in the Order. He was a small man wearing personalized armor that protected his small, round body.

"I AM YOUR COMMANDING OFFICER, AIZEN!" Commander Aizen spoke as he began walking down the line of recruits. He glared as he passed by, the recruits wincing or stared down at the man in fear as he walked by slowly. "AS OF TODAY YOU HAVE SWORN YOURSELF TO OUR HOLY CHURCH, YOUR LIVES ARE NOW MINE TO PLAY WITH! YOU WILL SEE ME SECOND TO GOD HIMSELF THROUGHOUT YOUR TIME HERE LEARNING THE BASICS OF BEING ONE OF OUR KNIGHTS!!!! DO YOU HERE ME MAGGOTS?!?!?!?!"

"""YES SIR!"""

The recruits were intimidated by just hearing him talk, making Aizen more angry that he had another batch of wimps to train so they could serve Orleans. They would soon face the hardships of becoming a soldier, being beaten to a pulp by their peers, working every hour of every day even when their muscles cried out for relief. They will wake up early in the morning before daylight is seen, repeating the process with little food to prepare them for low rations in case of a siege. But as of now, a mere common civilian outranks these noble born recruits. But the reward will be sweet, serving God and dealing out his will to any and all heretics and demons.

"GOOD, GLAD GOD GAVE YOU A PAIR OF EARS THAT WORK YOU SHIT STAINS!!!!" Aizen roared as he continued down, the scene resembling a chihuahua that scared the biggest of dog breeds. "I HOPE YOU ALL BROUGHT YOUR BIG BOY PANTS WHEN YOU LEFT MOMMIES SKIRT, BECAUSE SHE SENT YOU HERE TO DIE YOU PIECES OF—?!?!?"

Aizen stopped all of a sudden, standing in place when he laid eyes on the recruit before him. He blinked his eyes, making sure he was seeing what stood before him correctly. Long blonde hair shined out and wrapped in a pony tail, green emerald eyes that reflected whatever they gazed on, pale skin like a soft snow, a perfect smile that tried hiding itself from him. The person before him was a girl of nearly thirteen years of age and wore nothing but old worn clothes that needed repairs, the trousers barley reached past her knees and the shoes on her feet were nearly destroyed.

".........AND WHO THE BLOODY HELL ARE YOU?!?!?!" Aizen shouted, rage pumping through his veins as he stared at the girl slightly taller than him. He was somewhat surprised she didn't flinch from his voice. Aizen looked at the other recruits, who tried stealing glances at the young girl in surprise. "WHAT COWARD SENDS A GIRL IN HIS PLACE?! ANSWER ME GIRL, WAS IT A BROTHER OF YOURS WHOSE TOO MUCH OF A PUSSY THAT HE SENT YOU HERE?!!?!"

"N-no sir....." The girl responded without so much as a giggle or a flinch, calm and collected. She held his gaze and spoke. "I'm the new recruit, sir. I've been sent by the church to receive training from you so that I may help serve God."

"Heh, there's nunneries for that girl." Aizen rolled his eyes, lowering his voice as he did so. The girl nodded in agreement, but showed no signs of leaving the training grounds. Only a farmer's daughter could be delusional enough to be a knight. "Then, pray tell little girl........Who are you?"

"My name is Jeanne D'arc, holy servant of God and his holy maiden of virtue."

..........................

Jeanne watched as the corpses of several of her men and horses were being taken away from the refugee camp. Her eyes widening as she saw the bodies severed in two with brutal cuts from a weapon. She clenched her hands in anger, the antichrist had attacked her men and killed them in such brutal ways the only way to identify them was the armor they wore. But she couldn't offer them prayers of safe passage, not yet. Gawain had retrieved her to help defend the Queen since the heretics were cleared out of the cave. But it was best she left with her men to deal with the heretics, stopping more of them from dying a gruesome death. So she continued following Gawain when they entered the tower, the huge door locking behind them as they passed by several of the huge guards that came with Morgan.

So the two made their way down the stairs to the dungeons below, heading towards Bluebeard who must have conjured a way of defending the tower from the antichrist. A part of her tried convincing her she could find another way to capture the swordsman, but another voice shouted out in rage, demanding she do this. The two soon came to a halt as Bluebeard stood in the middle of the room, uttering words underneath his breath as dark energy radiated off of him.

"Ah, dearest Jeanne you made it!" Bluebeard smiled as he faced the virgin woman. As Bluebeard turned to face her, Jeanne noticed a glowing book floating behind him. The strange man also had a woman that Jeanne recognized as the eldest of the blonde women in the heretic's cavern, floating beside him with magical binds around her wrists and ankles. "Come, come! We don't have long till that troublesome swordsman arrives."

"Forgive my tardiness." Jeanne spoke as Gawain looked towards Agravain, the latter nodding to his comrade before they both went back up the stairs of the dungeon. Jeanne raised an eyebrow before looking at the heretic floating beside the sorcerer. "Ser Gawain tells me you found a way to capture the antichrist lord Bluebeard—?!"

"Gilles, you may call me Gilles." Bluebeard spoke with a bow, his eyes staring directly at her unmoving when he lowered his head. The now named Gilles chuckled before moving his finger, bringing the blonde heretic closer. "And yes my dear Jeanne, I have a plan to destroy the black swordsman. This fine specimen here just so happens to be his lover........but enough of that!"

Jeanne watched as Gilles held out his hand towards the heretic, who struggled against her bindings like a savage beast. The holy virgin gasped as dark energy shot out of the heretic and into Gilles's hand. The heretic roared in a beast like manner, sounding like a dragon. The heretic soon went limp with a gasp as the dark energy hovered above Gilles's hand, the sorcerer smiling before his left eye moved like a chameleon and stared her down.

"My plan is to simple wear him out, but I'm to busy gathering mana for my master." Jeanne tilted her head before taking a step back. Gilles's neck snapped as he looked upon her and gave a menacing smile. "Don't worry dear Jeanne, you have a role to play as well."

She didn't have time to even scream when Gilles shot the dark energy to her, the maiden's screams echoing throughout the dungeon.

End.

Sorry for the short chapter and the long wait.

I just graduated high school and have been training with my dad for the Navy, but hopefully this keeps getting updated.

Again, I'm so sorry for the long wait.
