Ava and Emma stood frozen in disbelief as they locked eyes with Alex in the room. Ava's voice trembled as she urgently questioned, "Alex, what in the world are you doing here? And how did you manage to appear out of thin air?" The air crackled with tension as Alex tightly grasped Ava's hand, his eyes flickering with a mix of determination and concern. He motioned for a moment of privacy, saying to Emma, "Just give us a minute, please, Emma." Leading Ava to a secluded corner, Alex leaned in and whispered, "Ava, we don't have time to waste. We have to leave immediately. There's no one we can trust anymore." Ava's heart raced as she tried to process the gravity of the situation. She pleaded, "But Alex, we should include Emma in this. She's our friend too." Alex's gaze hardened as he replied, "I said, no one to trust. It's better this way." The weight of uncertainty hung heavy in the air.
Ava's eyes filled with tears as she pleaded, "But Alex, Emma is my best friend. I can't just leave her behind. Please, you have to tell me what's going on." Alex's face softened, and he gently took Ava's hands in his. "I understand how much Emma means to you, Ava," he said with a pained expression. "But trust me, it's for her safety too. Once we're safe, I'll explain everything. I promise." Ava's heart ached, torn between her loyalty to Emma and her trust in Alex. She took a deep breath and said, "Okay, Alex. I'll trust you, but.........
Alex's voice trembled with urgency as he pleaded, "Ava, please... no buts. We have to leave now." Ava's heart sank, torn between her loyalty to Emma and her trust in Alex. Just as their conversation reached a deadlock, a sudden knock on the door startled them both. Ava rushed to open it, and to her surprise, there stood Emma, looking just as bewildered as they were. Confusion filled the room as they realized Alex had disappeared into thin air, leaving no trace behind.

Emma looked perfectly fine, but Ava was taken aback when Alex suddenly vanished into thin air. Shock washed over Ava as she struggled to make sense of the situation. And then, out of the blue, Emma questioned, "What happened, Ava? Why did you leave me outside and go inside alone?"

Ava's mind raced, searching for the right words to explain. "I'm really sorry, Emma," she stammered. "Alex pulled me inside to discuss something important."
Emma's eyes widened with disbelief. "Alex? Are you daydreaming, Ava?" she chuckled. "You're joking, right? He was actually here?"
Ava's voice quivered with determination as she insisted, "No, Emma, I'm not daydreaming. He was truly here."
Emma let out a sigh, recognizing Ava's unwavering belief. "Alright, Ava, let's try to understand. How about we go grab some hot chocolate and chat about our summer camp plans?" she proposed, hoping to shift their focus to something positive.

Ava's eyes widened in shock as Emma's reply sank in. "Wait, don't you remember? We opened the door, and Alex was right there. He asked you to let him talk to me," Ava pleaded, desperately hoping Emma would recall the encounter.
Emma let out a sigh, her gaze fixed on Ava. "Shhhh, Ava, let's have some hot chocolate, alright? We'll figure this out together. Right now, dwelling on it is just filling your mind with strange thoughts and daydreams," Emma said, trying to soothe Ava's troubled mind. "

Ava said, "Alright, Emma, he was not here. I was daydreaming. I've been experiencing so many strange things lately, this was just another one of them.
Let's just leave it at that." Emma nodded, understanding Ava's perspective. "Alright, Ava then let's move on. Here, have some hot chocolate, handing Ava a warm mug.

Ava eagerly suggested, "Hey, let's share the exciting news about summer camp with our moms! I'll tell my mom that we're going to visit grandma, and you can give your mom a call too." Emma responded with equal enthusiasm, saying, "Absolutely, Ava! We'll wait until Saturday to reveal our plans. It's going to be like embarking on a thrilling mystery-solving adventure. I can't wait!"
The next day, Ava and Emma couldn't contain their excitement as they gathered their moms to reveal their plans. Ava's mother's eyes sparkled with joy and she exclaimed, "Oh Ava, that's such a brilliant plan! I've always believed that your dreams were more than just dreams. They were a sign, a message from the universe guiding us towards Grandma. And now, with the summer camp opportunity, you're finally going to see her! It's like a beautiful coincidence, bringing together your desire to go to camp and reconnect with family. I can't wait to see the smiles on both your faces when you're reunited!"
