Chapter 1: The Collector

"Master, are you okay?" Wayzz asks Master Fu if he is okay.

"She's here." Master Fu opens his eyes, counting the seconds until a knock on his door will arrive.

As he predicted, a gentle knock sounds through the room and the door opens revevealing Marinette Dupain-Cheng.

"Hello, Ladybug." Master Fu greets.

"I know you never wanted me to bring her here again but... you must see what she's discovered. Show him, Marinette." Tikki motions to the Bluenette

Marinette look around the room with familiarity.  "I've been here; I've met you before. You're the healer that cured Tikki when she was sick! Soo... I'm guessing you're not really a vet?"

"Not really. That was your first day of school, that wasn't a chance meeting either. Marinette, you're always ready to help others. I knew that day, that very moment, that you'd make a fantastic Ladybug!" The Guardian explained.

"But, who are you?"

Master Fu stands up and guides Marinette to the phonograph and uses the code which unlocks access to the Miracle Box.

"Master Fu is the last known member of the Order of the Guardians!" Tikki introduces.

Then the other kwami flies out the phonograph and flew towards the girls. "Guardians of the Miraculous! I'm Wayzz, Master Fu's kwami. It's a pleasure to meet you, Marinette."

"Uhh, you too!" Marinette awkwardly chuckles.

"We guardians are responsible for protecting and distributing the Miraculous, for the good of all humanity. We are chosen in childhood and trained for many years, specially for this mission. When we were much, much younger, we...I made a mistake. The guardians' temple was destroyed, all because of me! Two of the Miraculous were lost that day. The Butterfly and the Peacock. Also gone forever was the ancient spellbook!" Master Fu tell his past.

"But all it has are drawings of old superheroes and a bunch of strange symbols." Marinette opens the book.

"Not strange to a Guardian. Back in the days, I was never given the opportunity to even have a look at it, but I've been taught enough to be able to partially decipher the code." Master Fu smiles and holds his hands out for the book.

Marinette looks at Tikki who nods her head. Marinette nods her head back and gives Masyer Fu the book.

"These pages contain various spells capable of giving Ladybug, Cat Noir, Sapphire and Dragon-Phoenix special abilities we haven't known about, until now! Obviously, this book is invaluable.

Marinette listens as he explains, surprised by all the knowledge she was acquiring.

Vanitas was having hearts all around him with a dopey dumb smile on his face. He can not believe he kissed you twice now! He just can't stop thinking about it. But...he has to do something about his marriage.

Ugh!

Welp! Best to try as Vanitas opens the door to Adrien's room when he come to a halt seeing an angry father of his and his little brother looking down in shame.

Gabriel has found out that Adrien took his book. As Nathalie shows security camera images of Adrien's actions.

"Why did you take the book?" Gabriel demands an answer.
