Star's POV
Marco just doesn't get it. I failed. I'm better off not trying anymore. Who wants to fail more than once? I quit.
As we were walking in the hallway, Marco was still trying to convince me to not quit. "Star please don't quit. Monster fighting is your thing!" I rolled my eyes. "Marco how many times do I have to tell you that I quit?!" Marco hopped in front of me and I could tell he was getting upset. "Star I just want you to listen to me. You can't just quit! You're not a failure!" I deepened my voice. "I am stop trying to tell me I'm not." After I said that I walked away to my next class.
