After Sarina was done getting dressed she went to get something to eat before she heard a knock on the door. She opened the door to see some of the girls that came to the host club. Sarina gave them a weak smile as she placed her hands in front of her.

"Hello girls, may I help you?" Sarina asked curiously

"Um...W-We were wondering if you're still going to have the host club open." One of the girls said nervously

"Yes, I am, I just need to find people who aren't going to use women like those who were in the host club before did." She said with a slight nod

The girls looked to one another before they smiled at her. "If you want we can help you find people!"

She rose an eyebrow at the females. "Okay, then let me do something real quick like and then I'll have you ladies help me out. Come in and make yourself at home for the moment."

They did and Sarina went to go make a poster that she thought would get peoples eyes and then she copied it for the girls to place around town. As she did she could hear the girls talking with kid which made her roll her eyes. Even though she liked kid a lot, what he said to her before she left her room was uncalled for. She was going to give him the silent treatment until he apologized to her, she came into the room that the girls were in and she placed the stack in front of them with a loud thud. That caused the girls to jump and look at her.

"Oh you're done already?" One of them said sadly

"Yes, now if you three want to continue to be customers here then I'd like for you three to be serious about helping me. I don't want to have to close down this place just because I have idiots who are swooning over someone else." Sarina said seriously hinting that they need to back away from Kid

The girls got up and took parts of the pile before leaving. She then went back to where she was and she wrote a sign before she tapped it onto the door. As she did so she saw that Kid was watching her intensely until she went back to her room to read. That's when he went to speak with her.

"Sarina, do you mind telling me what the hell is wrong with you and being rude to those girls?" Kid asked as he crossed his arms

She ignored him as she turned the page of the book she was reading. He sighed and he took his shoes off before he went to the unused side of her bed before he made her look up at him. "Sarina...Please speak to me." He said softly to her

She stared up at him before she whacked him with her book making him go back first against the floor. She went back to reading and Kid got up slightly before he went on to his knees.

"Sarina please talk to me!" Kid asked begging

She looked at him through the corner of her eye before she rolled her eyes. She got up and she flipped the page of her note book. She wrote in it before she left her room. He watched her leave before he instantly got up to read what she wrote.

|Begging and pleading won't get you anywhere. Until you realize what you said wrong I refuse to verbally speak with you. If you really want to speak to me in some form. Find a way and then...maybe I'll talk with you. oh btw the three girls that were just here are all prostitutes paid by my brother to keep me in line. Don't get close to any one of them if you want to keep sane.|

Kid looked at the note and furrowed his eyebrows a bit. "What I said wrong?...wait is she talking about before?" Kid asked himself before he wrote under it

He then went to find Sarina as he held the note book and two pens. He found her sitting on one of the few couches in the sitting area, he tapped on her shoulder before he showed her the note book. She placed her book down and took it from him.

|Sairna, I apologize for what I said before. I didn't mean for what I said to offend you. What I said was utterly rude and probably highly offensive to you, so I wish to ask you to forgive me and please speak to me, even if its like this.|

She read what he wrote before he gave her one of the pens that he had in his hand. She sighed and placed her bookmark in her book placing it on the side of her before she wrote in the notebook.

|That didn't take you long to figure out, just because I'm female doesn't mean that I can't handle myself. I was just really afraid of my brother. There's just some things that a young girl like me shouldn't see and experience but did anyways. But if you want to talk like this I don't mind, I don't trust my own voice right now. Mentally I'm not ready to speak to someone who I've just met. |

She gave it back to him and he read it over before he placed it down and hugged her tightly. She froze as she felt him hug her, she didn't ever get the compassion she was supposed to as a child, so feeling him hold her in his arms was new. He petted the back of her head as he held her close to his chest. She felt more than a bit unease about having his arms around her, but she allowed it due to the feeling she had when she felt his arm around her.

"Sarina, I knew that I don't know much about you. But you can always talk to me if something is wrong, I'll listen to you." Kid said softly to her

She looked up to him sadly before she placed her head into his chest, she then cried into him letting her emotions show for the first time in eight years.

"Kid I'm scared...I'm so scared of what will happen to me now! I can't do this on my own! I was always used since I was eight years old by my elder brother ever since my mother was killed by my father because she wouldn't allow him to rape me. He ended up getting what he wanted in the end, after that my brother used me too and my father left when he was wanted for murder and for rape...I can't stand being in this place alone kid!" She said crying into his chest

Kid was quiet as he heard her speak, he couldn't believe that a young beautiful woman like her would actually have such a bad past. He made her look up to him before he brushed the tears away with his thumb.

"Sarina, I'll always be here to protect you. I'll find a way to do so but you don't need to worry about a thing, I'll stay here with you." He said softly to her

She nodded her head as she sniffled a bit. "O-Okay..T-Thank you Kid."
