Pravisht's POV

Dad had called me in his room for some discussion so I went to his room for acknowledging what the matter was. As I reached there I knocked on the door and it was opened no other than my dad aka King Mihir himself.

He invited me inside and soon we both were settled in the lavish sofa present in his bedroom.

"So, son you must be wondering why I have called you here, isn't it?"

He said straightforwardly entering the topic for which I was here.

"Yeah, so please bother yourself to tell me cause I'm little busy today"

I seriously stated looking at my watch.

"Oh come on son you're the crown prince and look at you so much workaholic imagine yourself as a king now god you'll definitely get wrinkled and really look of your age after becoming king"

He laughed off.

"Whatever you say and now please go ahead and tell me"

This time I said desperately.

"What's the hurry son? Can't you even give a little time to your family *keeping his palm on his head and shaking head* I don't know how you'll run your family and whole kingdom like this, look at you son, working like a creep literally the glow on your face has decreased I've been noticing"

He pointed out.

"Look dad if this is all about these family time and stuffs like that then please I'm not even interested in settling with any women I mean I'm better without them also you're killing my time I would've completed so many vouchers from previous months"

Staying nonchalant I replied.

"Fine *sighs* I called you here so I could inform you that today your pet will be arriving"

He said in a bored tone.

"Pet? What pet? Is it compulsory to have pet dad? You know that I dont like anyone invading my privacy and pet huh what's the need of pet for me anyways not like I don't have sufficient blood or anything"

I poured out my pure annoyance towards the mention of them bringing a pet for me.

"Look son it's like showing off our royalty almost all the royal vampires have their pets even your cousins so don't you think that you should also have a one? Moreover you need someone to entertain you so it's important and the decision is already finalized by me and your mom so no declining or anything like that"

He explained the whole condition infront of me.

"Okay if you both insist but warn him/her before itself not to harm my privacy or anything or else it won't be good for anyone in this kingdom"

I gave him a warning along with acceptance and left the place towards my room after greeting him.

I hurriedly walked through the corridors and heard a voice it was kind of familiar I followed the voice and hid behind the huge pillar inorder to see what was going on and the thing was quite shocking for me.

There on the corner Hima was pinned to the wall hands captured either sides head rolled on side and Davis torturing her neck by giving her hickeys and sucking blood off her weak petite body....
