Pravisht's POV

My room! Ahh I was badly hurt by seeing the condition of my beloved room. Today's day is the most chaotic and unluckiest for me. Was my headache less that this too came running towards me? As I was rubbing my temples I heard a loud laugh at which caused to me snap at that direction.

And there she was! The little demon. Gosh , will dad every let me be happy for a moment? I'll go insane with all the things surrounding me.

I think she noticed my presence so why she turned her head towards me and a hint of fear flickered into those brown chocolatey orbs.

I felt oddly relaxed just after having a glance of her innocent face full of purity. I don't know why I am feeling like this, this isn't right she must be freed from the tag of my pet. I can't afford to keep her with me. But how will I free her? Father would get so mad moreover she's a kid she's get lost or maybe become a feast for some bloodthirsty vampire as the vampires in my kingdom are wild and heartless.

Well, I do fall into the same category but it's just different with her case. Maybe because she is my pet and it is natural to be possessive about your pet. But why am I even feeling possessive and protective towards her at the first place? Have I gone nuts or what? Ahh this all shit is just giving me unbearable headache, in the name of satan who will get me out of this drama now?

Aurra's POV

I looked outside scanning the area I've been caged for more than 2 years now. It feels so bad and vulnerable to rot in this hell. All the supernaturals have taken over the humans and are using them as free bloodbags now. It feels so illegal but they are determined to do this as the humans have done same torture and partiality towards them back ago. But other innocent don't deserve this, this is so unfair. When I was lost into the bubble of my thoughts I felt the shopkeeper opening the cage where I was sitting looking outside. My gaze fixed at his direction and saw the corner of his lips turning into a smirk. My eyebrows frowned after seeing that satisfactory expression smeared in his face. Inorder to
Clear my confusion, he informed the reason behind his elation.

"So, finally you'll be going to serve a vampire that also a royal one, better you behave yourself or else" he trailed off and laughed with an evil glint into his eyes.

I just nodded my head and he took me at the place where a wealthy looking vampire was sitting on the sofa engrossed into the bio data file of mine. As he sensed our presence he lifted his head and checked me out and passed a warm smile.

Okay! Now that's a little weird cause no vampire is kind, at least that's what I've known from past years after hearing the conversations of other pets and those humans who are still living inside the cage.

I was surprised by his warm actions as I felt fatherly aura from him. I too passed a awkward smile as the shopkeeper was still there counting the golden bars given by the vampire.

He stood up quickly hastening and stood by my side and said,

"Let's go" he forwarded his hand and as I kept mine there he took me towards the car.......
