Dream couldn't fall asleep for the life of him. He'd been so distracted during the day, but now the thought from a few days ago circled around his mind again.

''I think I- '' Yet never finishing his sentence. It could've been anything, but in a moment of gazing into each other's eyes couldn't be just a random coincidence of just wanting to kiss.

Was he about to tell him that he liked him? It was a possibility and most likely to be the sentence he was trying to form but for some reason couldn't let go of it.

''Sapnap?'' Dream whispers quietly, nudging the boy sleeping on the ground on the air mattress. Sapnap had agreed to sleep on an air mattress. He had actually suggested that himself.

Sapnap only mumbled through his mouth without a proper word to be let out.

''I need to talk about something'' Dream goes again.

''About?'' Sapnap slightly opened his eyes tiredly.

''Meet me at the porch outside'' he quietly requested before tip-toeing downstairs without trying to make any noise.

After about a few minutes had passed, the blonde sitting on the porch with a lit cigarette between his fingers and the smoke filling up the dark sky around him, Sapnap had eventually stumbled his way across downstairs, sitting right next to Dream.

''Want?'' Dream offered the halfway finished cigarette placing it between Sapnap's fingers. He accepted that and finished the rest of it.

''Okay now tell me why did you wake me up in the middle of the night'' Sapnap slightly accuses as he is still tired.

'Well..'' Dream began, ''Few days before leaving England'' he continued. His fingers now fidgeted the lighter he was holding.

Sapnap notices the blonde being anxious, ''Take your time'' Sapnap reassures the boy whilst wrapping his arm around his shoulder.

''Well, I think at some point he was trying to say something, but quite didn't finish the sentence'' Dream began again now taking a deep breath before he continued, ''And I think he was trying to say that he likes me'' He finished as he looked up at the clear sky the stars shining in it.

Sapnap takes a minute to think, before Dream could interrupt again, ''And I'm not sure if it was that but-'' Sapnap is now stopping him, ''Do you notice the way he looks at you?'' he questions the blonde sitting next to him.

''I mean, I guess so?'' Dream replies

''Okay come on you two have totally kissed already, haven't you?'' Sapnap grins as he playfully hits the blonde.

''Well..'' Dream said without finishing the sentence. Dream was lucky enough that it was dark outside. If he saw his face, he would've been picked on for days, if not a week straight.

''I knew it'' Sapnap laughs, ''No but in a serious tone, i'm happy for you'' he continued, ''And i'm like 100% sure he does like you'' now finishing off his sentence.

''Are you?'' Dream quietly whispers.

''I'm not a relationship expert or something, but don't overthink it''

Sapnap tugs the blonde into a tight hug, ''I love you man, you deserve to be happy.''

Dream had also pulled himself into the hug, ''I love you too'' he replied.

Dream felt like something heavy had dropped from his chest. Being able to tell someone about what he has had in his mind of a prison for too long. It didn't feel hard telling Sapnap about this while on the other hand telling his mother would be an entirely different kind of situation.
