Narrator's POV

It was a late night at the office, and Haerin found herself immersed in the project report she was leading. The deadline was looming, and everyone else had already left. As Haerin remained focused on her computer screen, she received a text message from Minji. "Let's go, baby."

Haerin replied, "I can't. I have to finish this report." Minji's response was swift and sweet, "Oh, do you need help? I'll wait for you then, so I can take you home."

Haerin knew Minji didn't have to wait for her, but she appreciated the gesture. She typed back, "I got this. You don't have to. This might take a while. You go first."

Undeterred, Minji carefully surveyed the empty office, confirming that they were alone. With a reassuring smile, she whispered, "It's okay. I'd rather stay with you." Moving closer, she approached Haerin from behind, enveloping her in a gentle embrace, planting a kiss on her cheek before turning her to connect their lips in a passionate kiss.

Haerin chuckled as Minji reached out and hold both her hands, playing with them. "Are you sure? It seems like you just want to distract me."

Minji grinned playfully. "Yes, I'll behave here and just stare at you."

She took a seat right next to Haerin, looking at her lovingly. Haerin resumed working on her report, while Minji occupied herself by watching videos on her phone and playing some games.

After a while, Minji went closer and playfully poked Haerin's rosy cheek, eliciting a sweet giggle. "Baby, do you want me to order some coffee and dinner for us?" Minji inquired with a loving smile, her eyes twinkling with affection.

Haerin's eyes lit up at the offer. "Sure thank you love," she replied, her voice filled with gratitude and warmth.

Minji leaned in closer, her heart fluttering. "Love, can I get a kiss?" she asked, her lips forming a playful pout.

Haerin couldn't resist the invitation. She leaned in as well, and their lips met in a soft, tender kiss. It was a moment of connection and warmth in the midst of a demanding night.

Soon, the enticing aroma of their favorite takeout filled the room as the food arrived. Minji rushed to the door to collect it, her excitement was so obvious.

She started setting up a cozy little dinner spot on one of the office desks. There were two cups of hot and ice coffee and a spread of their favorite dishes.

Minji had gone the extra mile to create a mini dining experience, complete with a makeshift candlelit ambiance using the soft glow from their computer screens. Haerin couldn't help but be touched by Minji's thoughtfulness.

"Wow, Minji, you really know how to make an office dinner special," Haerin remarked with a loving smile.

Minji stirred in her sleep, her eyes fluttering open. She blushed as she realized she had been caught staring at her while she slept. She was about to get up when Minji playfully, grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her down onto her lap.

"Sorry I fell asleep," Minji murmured, her sleepy eyes looking up at Haerin. "Are you done?"

Haerin, still slightly embarrassed about being caught, replied, "Yes, I finally finished the report."

"Good girl," Minji praised with a playful smile. "Then you deserve a reward."

Haerin raised an eyebrow and wrap her hands around Minji's neck. "What reward?"

Minji leaned in slowly, her heart pounding. Haerin's hand caress Minji's soft cheeks as Minji's hand snake around her waist and upperback. Their eyes locked, filled with warm affection. Minji closed the distance between them, pressing her lips to Haerin's in a sweet, passionate kiss.

Their forehead met after the kiss. Minji playfulIy teased, "You looked so cute being embarrassed and all because I caught you."

Haerin couldn't help but blush at Minji's words. "Stop teasing me." As she buried her face in Minji's neck.

Minji pulled Haerin closer, as her eyes sparkled with mischief, her voice a husky whisper that sent shivers down Haerin's spine. "Only if you kiss me again," she breathed, her warm breath teasingly caressing her earlobe. In that moment, a rush of desire washed over Haerin.
