🌼 Chapter 13🌻

     " Shit Ella! He's coming this way." Dani gasped squeezing my hand tighter than before, I flinched in pain drawing my hand away from her iron grip.

I swallowed the bale forming in my throat as Jameel came closer to us, he was about to pass us by when Danielle called out his name, he stopped. furrowing his forehead in confusion as he stared at us, At Danielle that called his name first before he averted his gaze to me and his mouth formed an 'O' shape.

"Hi." Dani breathed.

I've never seen her so...star struck with a guy before. Except Cha En woo but he's an Absolute eye candy I don't blame her.

She must really be into Jameel.

My own heart was hammering loudly in my chest. As he stood in front of us, his tall stature towering over the both of us, i took a closer look at his face.

Oh shit.

No, No, No, No,No.

This can't be happening. He can't be- No way , Jameel can't be- Hell No, This isn't happening right now, I was already feeling faint, and if I didn't hold my self I might just end up falling to the ground. Legs don't fail me now.

My mystery hottie was Jameel.

I was praying fervently in my heart that this was just a silly misunderstanding and Jameel had an identical twin brother who was somewhere around here.

How am I supposed to tell my Cousin that the guy she had been daydreaming about is also the same guy I've been fantasizing everyday about.

What am I going to do?

I didn't even know I'd been staring at him, until Danielle snapped her fingers in front of my face.

"Ella?" She called out breaking me out of my trance.

"Is she alright? Are you okay?" Jameel asked me.

I nodded, my mouth dry. I couldn't form the right words to say. My heart was beating hard and I couldn't help the butterflies forming in my stomach just by looking at his perfect face.

This is bad.

"You look Familiar. Have we met?" He asked, narrowing his eyes at me.

I shook my head again.

He hummed, "Oh I remember you're-"

Dani cut him off, " I was so not expecting to bump into you tonight," she laughed awkwardly, playing with the hem of her top.

Jameel chuckled , " It's a party." Was his short reply.

"Well, yeah! I mean obviously, " she continued and I felt bad for her, clearly Jameel wasn't interested in Dani that way, I could read his face, he was trying his best to mask the look of awkwardness with a smile.

I shifted my weight from one leg to the other.

He turned to me, "Library girl, We meet again."
He smirked, taking of his face cap, letting his mop of thick black curly hair fall to his face, he ran his long fingers through his hair, pushing them out of his face.

I didn't know if he was doing it on purpose but Damn.

Dani thought the same too, but she obviously didn't hide that fact.  "You have lovely hair Jameel." She cooed

"Thanks. So how are you both enjoying the party?" He asked with a gentle smile.

I noticed he has this sharp teeth kinda like a vampire. and that made his smile 10 x more attractive.

I sighed inwardly. He's so beautiful.

Our night won't be complete if you don't kiss him....

I recalled Danielle's words earlier. I looked at his plump pink  lips and imagined how good of a kisser he must be.

If only Dani knew.....

My cheeks heated up at the thought of it.

"Well. I'm surprised you still recognize me." I said

Dani gave me a questioning look. " You guys know each other ?"

Jameel laughed lightly. " How could I forget the girl that stood frozen in my path for almost a minute."

I blushed hard as I remembered that day when I stood transfixed at the entrance of the library, Immediately I saw him, I fell hard.

I was going to do crazy things to get this boy...

" I'm sorry about that," I apologized softly, staring at him through my lashes.

He smiled broadly, waving his hands in dismissal. " It's Cool."

Danielle looked at me weirdly folding her arms she gave me this ' What the hell do you think you're doing?' Look. I just shrugged innocently.

" Jameel, I was wondering if we could, you know, maybe if you would like to dance with me." She asked with a little pout.

I felt jealousy bubbling inside of me. I know the game she was playing, acting all cutesy wutesy with the guy so he couldn't resist but say yes.

He scratched the nape of his neck. " Ah, right now?"

She nodded. " Just one Dance. And maybe we could take some pictures together, you know. I've been Telling my cousin about how you were so kind to me on my first day when I nearly got lost." She blabbed.

I glared at her.

Shut up.

I so badly wanted to tell her. I've never felt this tension between her and I like how I was feeling right now. A mixture of jealousy and anger.

I don't know if she felt  anything.

" Oh, that was nothing. I just felt like you might need help. It would be unfair if a pretty girl like you got lost on her first day." He smirked, staring at her.

I bit my bottom lip hard. Ignoring the slight pain I was feeling.

Dani blushed. " Oh? So is that a yes?"

" I guess I have enough time to spare,"

She clapped her hands excitedly, clutching onto his toned arm and looking up at him. "Excellent."

He laughed, letting her hold him like she was his fucking girlfriend.

I sighed in annoyance abit loudly and their attention shifted to me. " Well Ella, I'll see you later." She winked at me with a smirk of satisfaction.

I gave her a quick close mouthed smile.

" It was nice meeting you Library girl." He saluted as Dani pulled him away, blabbing about God knows what, he just smiled shaking his head.

" Ella." I whispered " My name is Ella."
