I made breakfast then went upstairs changed Anthony and told him to go eat. "Hey babe it's time to get up" I said "five more minutes" Cheryl said putting her face in a pillow "come on" I said picking her up "Antoinette Topaz! Put me down" she yelled. I ran with her in my arms to the kitchen "seriously Babe" she said "what?" I said smiling "ma hwelp" Anthony said "what do you did help with" I said going to him and before I could say anything he smacked me in the face with a pancake him and Cheryl started laugh "not funny" I said as I got the pancake and saw my face covered in syrup in the reflection of the microwave.
After breakfast I started to set up everything outside and soon Jughead came downstairs "good morning sleepy head" I said to him "good morning" he said "foods in the kitchen" I said he nodded and left "hey baby" I heard Cheryl call "yea" I said "you have all the fireworks?" She said "yep and Archie, Sweet Pea, and Fangs are bringing more" I said "by the way the pool is so cold" she said "okay I'll fix the temperature" I said.
Cheryl's POV Well it now 3:26 p.m and I just got a call from the hospital saying Toni's dad (FP) has died I feel awful. I know how much Toni loves her dad and that's basically the only family member she had left besides Jughead and Anthony. Her whole family is gone now. I was gonna tell her but I didn't want to ruin the day so I told Jughead "hey Jug" I said given him a signal to come to me "yea Cheryl?" He said coming to me "Your-Your ugh" I said how do I put this into words I thought "look FP has died" I sighed "wait..WHAT" he shouted "I'm so sorry Jughead" I said hugging him "does Toni know" he asked "no, should I tell her?" I said "I'll go get her" he said oh no How do I tell Toni? "Hey babe" Toni said "hey uhh" I said looking at Jughead "Toni look todays a big day so don't get sad and think about it more tomorrow" Jughead "what do you mean...What happened?" She said scared I looked at Jughead who looked like wanting to cry "Jug?...what's wrong?" She said hugging him "look TT your...erhm...uhh..FP is no longer with us" I said she started crying "what..WHAT do you mean" she said "he died an hour ago" I said hugging her she dropped to the floor crying "baby it's gonna be okay" I said rubbing her back "Take care of her Cher" Jughead said to me crying I pulled him to me and Toni and we all did a group hug "wats wong?" Anthony said Toni opened her arms as Anthony joined the group hug "mowmy you okway" he said Toni smiled still crying and nodded then hugged him very tight.
