Lost in the moment of their beautiful and romantic evening, Raphael and Mona Lisa completely forgot about their unwanted guest. They couldn't be fully upset with Bishop's presence, for they both agreed for him to stay. However, allowing him to be at their wedding was not the reason they agreed for him to hang around. It was what was promised by the Utrom Queen herself.

"Good evening, Mr and Mrs Hamato," Rook smiles, getting in between Bishop and Raphael to prevent another fight to break out and ruin this evening's glamorous reception. "That was a lovely dance you shared. So romantic!"

"I've seen better..." Bishop mumbled under his breath.

"Thank you, Rook," Mona says, with Raph offering his hand to help her stand up from her seat, careful not to damage her dress. "For what do we owe the pleasure?"

"I apologize if we are interrupting anything, but my council and I cannot stay that much longer," the Utrom Queen tells the newlyweds. "Our people need us back in Dimension X, so we will be taking our leave now, but before we do, we- Um, no. Bishop would like to give you your wedding present."

The Utrom Queen looks at Bishop, gesturing to give the couple what's in his hands. Stubborn, Bishop refused to move, arms crossed as he held the gift in his grasp. However, after Rook gave him a quick kick in the shin, he obliged.

Still reluctant to give them what's in his palms, Bishop hands it to Raphael, before saying to him with an eye roll, "Congratulations."

The couples look at their gift. It's an orange file envelope. They could've done a better job with the packaging. Raph carefully opens it up as Mona Lisa watches. Inside was a piece of paper and carefully, Raph took it out for him and Mona to see.

"Certificate of Marriage."

Confused, the couple looked back up at the council for an explanation.

"All we need is your signatures," the Queen smiles.

"I don't understand..." Mona tells them, she and Raph were still confused.

"We, the Utrom Council, are giving you this marriage license that states that your marriage is seen as official in all corners of the galaxy, not just on planet Earth," the Queen explains.

"Consider this the council's final apology for everything that has happened," Pawn adds.

"We even went as far to clear Bishop's records of you, Y'gythgba," Rook adds, "it took awhile, but I managed to clear all the files Bishop had of you stating you are a criminal and Raphael being a rogue."

"We are also making an official promise to you that from now on the Council will not be getting involved in Earth's inhabitants' personal lives any longer. No curfew, no rules. Any actions you do we, or Bishop sort of speak, will not intervene. But if you ever need assistance in a new threat to your planet, we will be there to provide weapons and firepower."

Raph huffs, crossing his arms, "Well that's good to know. So I'll only have to see Bishop's stupid face during those lame council meetings my brothers and I must attend?"

Rook nods, "Correct."

"Just to clarify," Mona Lisa adds, stepping closer to the Council, "all of Bishop's laws from a year prior are officially abolished, including those that state no one can harm him?"

The Utrom Queen smiles as she gives the Salamandrian a wink, "Indeed."

"So, if he was harmed right now... There would be no consequences?"

She smirks, "None whatsoever."

"Wonderful!"

Suddenly at full force and all her might and strength, Mona Lisa punches Bishop right in the face, causing his robotic head to turn the opposite direction and having him fall to the ground in a painful crash.

"I was kind enough to let him stay at my wedding for this long," Mona growls, brushing off her hands as if she just touched trash. "Now get him out of my sight."

The Utrom Queen and her Council nod, not at all surprised by the bride's actions, for it was much deserved. Helping Bishop up, the Council said their goodbyes and one final congratulations to the happy couple. In a flash, the Council generated a portal and returned back to their home dimension, dragging an injured Bishop by the feet.

"That was so hot..." Raph says once the Dimension X portal was closed, a smile of pride and love grew on his face as he gazed at his wife.

"It was long overdue." Mona giggles, wrapping her arm around her husband. "Now, shall we return to the reception and enjoy some food and drinks, my love?"

Raph nods with a loving smile before escorting his wife to the reception, joining their wedding guest for the buffet and cocktails.
