It was a chilly day. The team had to rent a carriage, if they didn't want to go on foot. They went back to the library, to the place they went to before their mission. Listening to Kira, they wanted to connect with one of her aquantaince, who lives in the Underworld Realm.
-"How and why do you have an aquantaince in the Underworld Realm?" -Dion asked, just before they left.
Kira shrugged.
-"I have connections everywhere, so wherever I go, I can count on someone."
-"Who's this person?" -It was Aisha's turn to question her.
-"A spirit. Her name is Diana. She's advanced in many fields, so maybe she has an idea or two 'bout our problems."
-"So why are we going to the library?"
-"It's easier to summon a spirit in a place they like and surrounded by their favourite things."
Aisha's eyes glimmered.
-"She likes to read?" -She asked.
-"Yes, she read a lot of books."
Aisha suddenly realized something and felt horrified.
-"So is she..."
-"Oh...no, she's not a spirit in that sense, not a ghost. She was born this way."
-"And what does that mean in this case?"
-"Well that...she's a, how should I say...natural spirit. She...didn't die. I can't explain it better."
-"Alright then."
Reaching the library, they saw that the only thing that wasn't dry was the tree of the library. This reminded them that the matter is urgent.
As they entered the library a familiar scent hit their noses. The tree didn't change a bit. A caterpillar librarian welcomed them. They were different now. They were a black caterpillar with yellow spots and looked a bit fuzzy. They walked to the second highest level, where books about the Underworld Realm sat on the bookshelves.
They sat on the floor and Kira put black stones in the shape of a symbol, then started to mumble something, but they didn't understand what it was. She kept her eyes closed, but when she opened them...nothing.
-"What? What's up with this?" -She asked shocked.
-"Maybe she just doesn't want to appear." -Rocky guessed.
-"Then..." -Kira looked for a book. She ran her eyes over the bookshelves, until she finally picked out one. It was a red book, it's title was 'Way to the Underworld'.
Kira turned the pages until she found the one she was looking for, then she shaped out a new symbol with the black stones and and said something different. The stones blazed with a red color then stopped glowing.
-"Alright, this isn't the end of the world. There's still another way." -She tried to comfort the others and herself too. -"C'mon, c'mon, we don't have time to waste!"
And she already ran down the stairs, out the door.
-"Shh...quiet." -The librarian told her, but Kira heard nothing out of it.
The others didn't have a choice, they rushed after her. Kira already sat in the carriage, waiting for them. All of them sat down in it except Dion because, well, it was too small for him. He walked beside the horses and the carriage driver. Kira told the driver the location, who didn't look so calm after this.
They headed to northern direction into a deserted forest, which didn't look much of a forest anymore. The driver stopped at a big pine tree and the moment they got off, the driver quickly left the place. They didn't even wait for the payment.
