Arima Kusei and Kaori had been childhood friends who shared a love for music. They had always dreamed of becoming professional musicians and performing together on stage. However, fate had other plans for them. Kaori was diagnosed with a terminal illness that threatened to take her life at any moment. Arima was devastated by the news and vowed to make her happy in the time they had left.

He decided to confess his feelings for her and asked her to marry him. Kaori was surprised and touched by his proposal and accepted it without hesitation. They decided to have a simple wedding ceremony at the hospital where Kaori was receiving treatment. They invited their closest friends and family members to witness their vows. They exchanged rings and kissed each other with tears in their eyes.

They also fulfilled their dream of performing together on stage. They rented a small hall near the hospital and invited their fans and supporters to attend their concert. They played their favorite songs and expressed their gratitude and love for each other through their music. The audience was moved by their performance and gave them a standing ovation.

Kaori's condition worsened after the concert and she was admitted to the intensive care unit. Arima stayed by her side day and night, holding her hand and whispering words of encouragement. He prayed for a miracle that would save her life.

One day, he received a phone call from the hospital staff. They told him that they had found a donor who was willing to donate his organs to Kaori. They said that there was a chance that Kaori could survive if she underwent a transplant surgery. Arima was overjoyed by the news and rushed to the hospital to tell Kaori.

Kaori was hesitant at first, but Arima convinced her to take the risk. He told her that he wanted to grow old with her and have children with her. He told her that he loved her more than anything in the world. Kaori agreed to the surgery and hugged him tightly.

The surgery was successful and Kaori's condition improved gradually. She recovered from the illness and regained her strength and vitality. She thanked Arima for his support and love and said that he was her hero.

They decided to start a new life together and moved to a small town where they opened a music school. They taught children how to play various instruments and sing songs. They also continued to perform on stage occasionally, but this time with their children joining them.

They had two children, a boy named Haru and a girl named Hana. Haru inherited his father's talent for piano and Hana inherited her mother's talent for violin. They were both cheerful and lively kids who brought joy to their parents.

Arima Kusei and Kaori lived happily ever after, surrounded by music and love.
