The Cabin

It's been two hours and we come across a small brown shed but there was no cabin or house on site. He slowly opened the door and stopped before I could see inside. “What? Why did you stop?” I say bumping into him “there's a bag. It looks like someone is in there.” he points at a bag, stepping inside more so I could see. I crossed my fingers praying it wasnt kenzie as Sam opened the bag, cutting it with the knife I had threatened him with the day before. He stopped when he could see the face. It wasn't kenzie. “No.”  he says, falling to his knees. “It's Rylee.” “Oh my god. I'm so sorry.” I say hugging him.

“ Let's go back to the cabin, we can look for Kenzie later.” I say as he  grabbed the bag with the body in it.
 
We were about 30 minutes away from the cabin and suddenly we heard shuffling “Sam!” We hear a female voice yell. We turned around and a girl ran up to us. It was his girlfriend. 

“What are you doing here?”  he asked
“Well you had not come home so.. I am here to see if you were ok. Who the hell is she?” she says pointing at me “ and what are you caring?”
 
“I will tell you everything when we get back to the cabin, I just… can't right now.” he said shakily.
We had finally got to the cabin after a long 30 minutes of being stared at and judged by this random girl I don't know. Sam set the body down outside but hidden, then we came inside. The girl went and sat at the table while Sam went to the bathroom to clean up a bit since the bag he was carrying was quite dirty. I was in the kitchen getting some pop for me and sam. 

“Do you want some pop?”  i asked 

“No and don't talk to me. Like you're so annoying.” the girl says as she rolls her eyes at me. I could tell she was probably like this to most girls. Then Sam finally walks out with a new shirt on and clean. 

“Here you go.” I say handing him his drink, sitting down on one of the seats at the table, setting mine down. “So who is this?” I asked sam.

“Oh yeah! Sorry. This is my girlfriend Cheyann. We have been together for 2 years. And this is Kooper, I met her a couple days ago.” he says “ um. So the reason I hadn't come home yet and the reason you don't see Rylee is because the day before we were supposed to leave he disappeared and while out in the forest I met her.

“Wait so you didn't meet because you shared the same cabin?” she asked, confused.

“I went to cabin two and you weren't there so I was kinda confused. What cabin did you say in then?” 

“No, I was staying at cabin two but after I met Kooper we had just come back here because it happened to her too. Her best friend went missing but she was awake when it happened.”

“I wonder how many cabins there are and where they are. We might find Kenzie at one!” i say hopefully 

“3, there are 3. I looked at the pamflet before coming here. We are at three right now. Here see.”  she says, pulling out the pamflet.

“Ok how about we go to sleep since it's been a long day and we can go out and look for Kenzie tomorrow.” I say as I start to stand up. I had gone back to my room as Sam and his girlfriend went to the room he had been staying in for the past couple days. 

The next day I was woken up by a girl screaming. As I ran out of my room I saw Cheyann with a spooked look on her face standing in the dining room with Sam's arms around her tightly. 
“What happened, are you guys ok?” i ask

“Oh shut up. I know you were the one who was making those strange noises. And you made these scratches on my legs from those long fake nails you have on.” Cheyann starts to shout at me. 

“Wha- i didn't do that. I have been asleep since I laid down after I went to my room last night. Also why would I hurt you? I have no reason to. You are a witness now, we need you to be alive and safe so people will believe us and so no one will ever come here again." I say trying not to yell since I know she was probably still in shock.
