THROUGH THE MONTHS CORA AND Laurie had gotten closer and soon introduced her to the twins and luckily enough they got along perfectly. Who knew Laurie was a bit of a jokester herself?
Now I know what you're all thinking— where's all the interesting stuff? Well not so surprisingly near the end of the school year Cora got involved in some serious business. Like Voldemort serious. But it wasn't just her, it was Harry as well and his two... lets just say acquaintances that helped him. Like all messy situations she's been in, Cora wasn't supposed to be there.
She followed the trio into the dungeon and through the life size chess board arriving to professor quirrell and Voldemort sharing a head.
It was weird.
Cora knew Harry needed the philosophers stone and luckily she had her wand to apparate it to him from behind a wall. Finally, she got out right on time without anyone knowing she was there.
When she returned back to the dormitories she told Laurie everything.

It was the next day and first period and Cora was already called to her uncles classroom. She knocked on his door waiting for him to let her in.
"Come in," The monotone voice called out.
As soon as Cora got in she started blabbering about a whole different topic.
"Look the stink bomb wasn't me this time I was actually preven-" the girl was cut off
"I'm not here to talk about...that Cora, but we will discuss it later. Im here to talk about last night," he explained.
"I'm not sure what you're erm- talking about?" Cora replied nervously looking for a place to lean on in-front of his desk.
"I think you know quite well what I'm talking about," he hisses, putting both his palms on the desk.
"Mmm no not really," she says, putting on a poker face. "You should maybe get ready for your next class. 5 minutes until the bell rings." Cora smirks after checking the imaginary watch on her wrist, thinking he had no way of getting the information.
"You're right. I see the new wand I bought has no purpose. I shall return it back." He sighs fakingly
Wait wait wait. New wand!?
"Alright alright fine! I was up late and followed the three to the forbidden room and I kind of found Voldemort and professor quirrell sharing a head and I kindaaaa apparated the philosopher's stone into Harry's hand and Harry killed professor quirrell by touching him which was kind of weird because I thought-," Cora blabbers finally catching her breath.
"Did they see you?" Snape's voice suddenly goes dark.
"Nope no one saw me, not even Harry," she says proudly unaware of her uncle's seriousness. She was used it.
"Good, you may go now" the professor mumbles, seeming like he doesn't care which is definitely not the case.
Second period she meets the twins and tells them everything that happened. George found it absolutely hilarious with Voldemort sharing heads with the dark arts professor but Fred only wanted to know if she was okay.
Well that was a crazy end of the year.

Cora is on the train ride back to her home, this time Laurie joining her and the twins in their compartment. Her bringing uno cards was the worst decision she could ever make.
"LAURIE I'M GOING TO DISOWN YOU IF YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!"
"Which BASTARD CHANGED IT TO FUCKING YELLOW?"
"Listen sparrow i-i beg of you please don't do it YOU LOVE ME!"
"AHA UNO BITCHES,"
Guys i know this is kinda boring but when Cora gets up to her 5th year (3rd book) it will start to get more interesting and chapters will get longer. All im gonna do is recap the 4th year in maybe 2-3 chapters and just get straight on to 5th year where sirius black aka her father escapes azkaban. The Fred x Cora is going to be kind of a slow-burn but lets just see how it turns out!!
