"NO OFFENSE PROFESSOR LUPIN BUT a dementor? You let him near a dementor!?" Cora violently questions the poor professor trying to drink his tea.

"In my defence it was a boggart-"

"But why-? Why would you let him face it? Why couldn't you help him the second it got got out, why-"

"He's fine Cora, darling, there's nothing wrong with him he's perfectly fine,"

The girl relaxes at his calm, soothing voice and considers that she's just paranoid and that she had rough time anyway. Since the incident.

"Ok..ok, I'll uh see you...?" She asks, waiting for his response.

"Detention at 5, don't be late," he replies as he stares at the muggle newspaper.

"Damnit," she whispers, leaving the classroom and blending into the hallways.

"Come on in Harry," Professor Lupin welcomes the boy into the warm classroom facing the familiar Grindylow. "Where's Ron and Hermione?"

"Hogsmeade." Harry replies bluntly. The Professor nods understandably.

"A cup of tea?" He asks as he looks around for the kettle since he was already thinking of making one.

"Yeah, Alright," Harry nodded.

"You know, Cora came by a few days ago. She was out of her mind when she found out about you facing the dementor. I got quite an earful out of her. Even if she is careless about what she does she'd never let anything bad happen to the people close to her....just like her mother." He stopped for a second before pouring the tea in. Memories overwhelmed him and it couldn't seem to let go either.

He shakes himself out of his trance and turns back to Harry handing the cup of tea to him. That statement seemed to answer most of his questions. Harry didn't realize he had people that had his back and would be actually worried for him. His trust for Cora increased to the point where he could trust her with his life.

"I pray that you realize that you're one of the two people she cares most about," the professor truthfully states.

"Who's the other person?"

"Trust me that you wouldn't want to know,"

It was the Halloween feast and once again Cora was sitting alone, on the Ravenclaw table. She was eating peacefully until a dirty blonde haired girl sat beside her. Luna. She's a sweet, sweet girl and Cora absolutely enjoyed her company. It didn't take too long for the two to get engaged in a long conversation about Brussel sprouts being infested with wheezles or infested with grungholls.

"If he was trying to poison Lupin he wouldn't have done it infront of Harry?" Hermione states proving her point as she and her friends enter the great hall.

"Yeah, maybe." Harry replies not so convinced.

The trio take a seat at their table and Ron is already stuffing his face with the chicken legs. As they were going out the hall Draco Malfoy interrupted Harry's good mood but he wasn't fazed by it.

"The dementors send their love potter!" The blonde boy exclaims.

"Oh be quiet Draco!" A voice behind Harry shuts the Slytherin boy up as he turns and lets out a regretful sigh. Harry turns to see Cora and all the words of Professor Lupin come flooding right back. Cora realizes he's looking at her and smiles softly at him.

How could anyone be so rude to her? He witnessed the infamous argument go down between her and her best friends and he just couldn't believe that they could do such a thing to someone so...innocent?
