Jongseong's POV My heart is pounding as I sprint through the hospital doors. Woonhak is sitting there, covered in blood and trembling. Instantly, I feel a sense of dread wash over me. He had sent a message to our family group chat, informing us that something had happened to yn and we all rushed to the hospital. Ji-Young, Jaeyun, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, Riki, Heeseung, Seokjin, Namjoon, Jeongguk, Sungho, Riwoo, Jaehyun, Taesan, and Leehan all came running. Jimin stayed with Cheonsa, as the others had to work.
I reach Woonhak and see how drained and shaken he looks. "Hak," I say, trying to catch my breath.
He looks up at me, his eyes filled with guilt. "Hyung, I'm so sorry," he stammers.
"It's not your fault," I reassure him. "But are you okay??? You're covered in blood."
Woonhak looks down at his clothes, realizing for the first time just how much blood he's covered in. "It's Mama's blood," he explains. "She was stabbed in the stomach and side."
My knees feel weak, but before I can fully process the news, a pair of arms grabs me and guides me to a chair. It's Riki, looking just as shocked and scared as the rest of us, if not more. It's clear that he's just as shaken as Woonhak.
"H-Hyungs," Woonhak's voice trembles. "I don't feel well..."
I notice his left arm is bleeding and immediately call for a nurse. He faints, but Taesan is quick to catch him. A nurse arrives with a wheelchair and takes Woonhak away. I rub my head, trying to process everything that's happening.
"Hyung," I hear Riki's voice from in front of me.
I look up to see him bending down in front of me. "Y-yeah???" I manage to say.
"I'm so sorry," he says, his voice filled with sorrow. "But Mama Peach had a secret..."
My heart sinks even further. "What is it???" I ask, dreading the answer.
"She wanted to surprise you," Riki explains. "But she's been stabbed in the belly...and the doctors don't think she'll make it."
Tears well up in my eyes. "No..." I whisper, unable to believe what I'm hearing.
Riki nods sadly. "She was pregnant," he adds. "I thought it would be better for you to hear it from me rather than the doctors."
I can't hold back my tears any longer. This can't be happening...
