Kristoff returned to Arenedelle palace and asked Anna. "Hey, do you mind showing me the attic in this huge castle?"
"Why?!" asked Anna. "Even I know you prefer barn dust over attic dust."
"Yeah, true but Elsa's looking for a specific book she needs to read and she believed it was hidden by your Mother years ago in one of the bookshelves or chests she came across its twin with the Rock trolls apparently.
"Sure, I'll show you," stammered Anna. "Come on this way."'
She grabbed him by his left wrist and dragged him back to the far back stairs in the way back of the castle.
"Be careful those wooden stairs are so rusty, I am not letting anybody up them unless it's a very strong boy who lived for years in the forest dodging tree twigs in a sled." Anna responds warning him. (I don't know but in disney games they always say sleigh but the term in the movie the characters especially Anna and Kristoff use is sled not sleigh.)
"I'm always careful honey."
He said kissing her on her left cheek and bracing her with a one side arm hug before departing up the stairs afterwards. The creaking of the wood as it was being used made terrible noise.
"Captain remind me to tell Oaken to seen for a wood-smith these stairs are deafening and disgustingly old honestly they need serious repairs!" Anna covered her ears the noise was so bad even some of the court officials were yelling. "What was that awful sound?"
"I'll send that in right away in the meantime I think you need to look for a scribe and a new herald to start carrying out the other little preparation duties."
"I know, I have to see the doctor right away." sighed Anna. She approached the Royal Doctor's chambers of the castle.

She knocked on the door her head was in constant pain. It was pounding. Her eyes were so tired and bags were very visible.
"My child what's the matter?" gasped the Doctor.
"I think I'm coming down with a headache." said Anna. "Will this affect the children my twins?"
"Not unless we act quickly, tell me have you done walks outside in the fresh air since Elsa left the kingdom to you?"
"Hardly, Kai." Anna responded. "As Queen I have so many responsibilities there id hardly time for leisure of relaxation."
"You're talking like your sister, she thought the same thing back on your birthday two years ago when she literally came down with a fever."
"You mean the illness is stuck inside the castle?" gasped Anna.
"It became part of the castle when Elsa decorated it with ice and when she left here for that journey to the Enchanted forest with you after the Elements undid that pretty ice work of hers around it protecting it from outside cold and germs the extra water started to feed mould under this castle that's why you're displaying signs of illness. The best thing for that a good old campfire and a camping trip in the outdoors and before you get those wooden attic stairs fixed have the floor underneath them entirely replaced and washed down a lot of mould is there dwelling in those wooden slabs. And my advice don't stay too far long by those steps till they're washed Mould can cause headaches and that always leads to worse things."
He tossed a black flask labeled activated charcoal dust.
"Those will keep your sinous clear as long as you add it to your meal, my dear young Queen."
"Thank you, Kairson." Anna responded catching the glass flask and tucking it away in her cloak she shivered. Water makes mould and underneath of stairwells always got super damp very often. But the element of water had over done its damage before Elsa could reach them in the past. Anna sighed. Doctor Kairson recommend she rest and meditate. Stress wasn't a good thing for an expectant Mother and she didn't want her kids to gain her sickness. She went to her room brewed some hot chocolate in a blender added marshmellows, a dash of cinnamon and a sprinkle of activated charcoal dust into the liquid beverage. She sipped it surprisingly surprised that the activated charcoal did not affect the taste of her favorite warm drink. The cinnamon had gone up her throat and through her nose making her sneeze a little.
"Whelp a little spice is the best way to clear one's nose without touching its messiness." sighed Anna. She wrapped her pink cloak about her shoulders hoping Kristoff would find easily what he was looking for here.
Meanwhile in the attic Kristoff found the twin book with Iduna's Northuldra symbol clearly visible behind the name of the Princess Grettannal in a light beige wooden chest that also had the Northuldra symbol on the latch the beautiful Ice Diamond crystal shone in stark contrast against silver metal base of the latch.
A page from Iduna's diary had been kept inside this book paper clipped to it.

The date and year far from visible, but a message was labeled to her daughters.
"Dear Elsa and Anna, my dearest daughters.
I am Northuldran and from the Enchanted Forest your Father did not know this. I couldn't tell him while his Father had lived. As our people were foes. Your Father informed me that his Mother suffered abuse from her arranged husband here in this kingdom and unfortunately he accidentally passed it onto Elsa. Rita fled during the war but I helped grant her safe passage back to grandfather's kingdom with the help of Princess Gretta short for Grettannal the only Princess of the Southern Isles and knows about my heritage being of from an enchanted forest people.
Rita would have taken her son with her but knowing Runeard would come after them and start a war with the kingdoms of her relations she left him behind. That doll he loves so much is what she left behind for him. Your grandfather made all traces of your Grandmother in-law be locked away in the attic until he was killed in the war he caused. Gerda and I found and I begged her to return it to him. Elsa that doll you hold is a symbol of family. It will be sometime in the future you must bring Rita home to Arenedelle. She's needed now that all strife has disappeared and don't be alarmed for like you look like the great Grandmother Queen Else for which you were named Rita bears many resemblances to Anna, your little sister. I love you both. I had to write this down you can only keep so many secrets in your head for so long over so many years."
Elsa's abuse was not accidental by her Father. Iduna had no way to correct him and he could not see the way he was acting like his Father towards himself. He was blinded from it. So Elsa and Hans have a lot more in common of a backstory than Kristoff originally thought. He tucked the book away under her arm. Rita's picture had Anna's strawberry blonde hair long, wavy and falling in smooth curls. Part of her bloodline must have been Scottish or Irish to explain the strawberriness of Anna's hair. It is not impossible to have dark or not so dark parents and still have a child end up with some red hair which Anna definitely does have strawberry blonde hair which has way more red pigment that Elsa's ever did. (I have explained this in my Fun Facts and Idioms book and some of My Winx Index Books here on wattpad with proof from youtube videos and online website percentage charts.)

"Hey, Darling," Kristoff said after knocking on the door. "Kairson told me that you're feeling under the weather."
"That's overstatement and can only be applied to people at sea."
"Arenedelle kind of is at sea."
Anna chuckled. "Kristoff, really?! You're pulling my leg? Wait, what's that smell?"
"One favorite piece of your most favorite dessert." Kristoff said presenting the plate with Elsa's gift she gifted him. It sparkled under the lamplight of the green shades chandelier.
"Keistoff where did you get a Chocolate Mouse?!" inquires Anna.
"I have my sources, secret sources that is, darling Anna."
Anna blushed and she set the cake down on the dresser and pulled him in for a huge kiss on the lips they fell onto her bed and she whispered. "After a stressful Day you always know how to bring a smile and warmth to my face, love."
"Ow!" Kristoff exclaims lightheartedly. "You got heavy kickers in that womb of yours."
"Well, I should their Dad's a strong muscular determined ice harvester they'll be just as strong as you, Kristoff love." laughs Anna gently. "and I'll be proud of that no doubt about it." She sat up grasping Kristoff's left hand in her right and starting at the setting sun.
"Anna, you're so sweet to me," stated Kristoff.
"You're the only person who knows what it feels like when the whole wide world stays constantly against you. So much of our lives have been shambles because of the past of my grandfather. Elsa and I more like you than I thought." stammers Anna in a very unusual breathy voice. "I know you were pulling my leg with the under the weather statement."
"And you laughed at how bad the joke was anyways."
"Olaf tells Bad jokes too and I always laugh when he says something like them to me honestly.
