A fine day in Megaopolis, MK and the others were at Pigsy's Noodle Shop.
— "Yo! Mk!" Mei ran up to MK, giving him a big hug.
— "Ah- hi Mei!" MK smiled at Mei.
— "Dude, did you see the strange portal that appeared outside?" She tilted her head.
— "A portal...?"
— "Yeah! Come see!" Mei grabbed MK's hand, running up to the strange portal.
A big, blue colored portal could be seen, Pigsy and Tang ran with MK and Mei, Wukong jumped from the skies to the ground with the others.
— "So like, what's this about?" Wukong spooked MK.
— "GRAGH!-" MK screamed of terror.
— "Calm down bud! It's just me." Wukong chuckled.
MK looked around for Mei, she was nowhere to be seen.
He ran to Pigsy.
— "Where's Mei?"
— "She went into the portal."
— "EXCUSE ME!? Let's go save Mei!" MK screamed, running into the portal with the others following behind him.
The portal sucked them all in, when they woke up MK say a boy with blue hair, tied in a ponytail, he was wearing pilot goggles.
— "Are these... Humans?" The boy tilted his head.
MK got up quickly, looking around.
— "Oh! You're awake! Hello, i'm Goggles! You are...?" Goggles smiled.
— "Your hair-" MK looked at Goggles' hair in shock, they were squid tentacles.
— "Oh yeah! Isn't it cool? I'm an inkling!"
— "Inkling...?" Mei said, slowly getting up.
— "Wait- Mei, aren't inklings from that one game you play?" Pigsy also got up.
— "Yeah! Splatoon!" Mei smiled, finally realizing what was going on. "We're inside of the world of Splatoon! We're in Inkopolis Square!"
— "Yes you are! Welcome!!" Goggles smiled once again.
— "What the heck is this?" Tang finally got up.
— "You're late to the party, Tang." Pigsy rolled his eyes.
— "Not my fault I fell from the sky!!" Tang stopped. "Where's Monkey King?"
— "Wait yeah! Monkey King?!" MK got up, looking for Sun Wukong.
MK saw Wukong standing on top of a building.
— "Oh dear..." MK sighed. "Let's leave him there for now."
The whole team nodded, Goggles was still smiling.
— "I'll show you my team! Come on out guys!!" Goggled smiled once again.
Three people came out from behing Goggles, one guys with some retro specs, and 2 girls, one with white headphones, another one with a bobble hat, she was smiling lots.
- "Hey! I'm Headphones." The girl with those white headphones talked.
— "Hello, i'm Specs." The guy said awkwardly.
— "Hehe! I'm Bobblehat!" The bobble hat girl smiled.
— "Now we need your names!" Goggles looked directly at MK.
— "Right... I'm MK, this is Mei, Tang, Pigsy, and Monkey King whom is up on that building." He pointed at Monkey King, he was eating a weird fish cookie.
— "Cool names! I like it!!" Bobblehat smiled.
Everything went into an awkward silence, when suddenly, a strange laugh broke it.
— "Graghaha! You thought you could just take the zapfish back!? Goggles, you and your team have to find the zapfish I hid! Grahahaha!" A deep, raspy voice could be heard from the TV from the middle tower.
— "Urgh.. DJ Octavio!" Goggles groaned.
