Chapter one The First Ninja
"I am not a Ninja."
3rd person pov;
[Name] was now in his new room in the Monastery in Ninjago. He was unpacking his stuff, when Master Wu knock on his room, "Come in." Master Wu enter his room carrying a teapot.
"Since you just got here, I'll let you stay here, while I find the first ninja. You'll be joining finding the others once I got back." He stated.
[Name] stood up, "Oh, okay. That's fine with me. Uhm.. Is that all you're gonna bring?" He asked looking at the teapot.
"Yes. There are some lists that I wrote for you to do in the monastery while I'm gone. All of it better be finished once I got home." Master Wu ordered.
[Name] nodded in replied, "Good, I'll be back in a few days or so." Master Wu close the door and left.
As soon as he is gone, [Name] pout, "First day in Ninjago and the first thing I'll do is chores." He complains.

"Let's see..." [Name] look at the list in his hand, "Buy groceries; check, Clean the Monastery; Check, prepare the rooms that the ninja will be staying; Check. Oh, look like I've done it all." [Name] mumbled.
It's been a month and [Name] is just repeating the chores every week. He boredly sat on the training ground summoning a small green flame on his hand. The gate of the monastery open making [Name] perked. He stood up and saw Master Wu with a young man probably a year older him.
"You're back. Welcome back." [Name] greeted, he then turn to the male and grin, "Name's [Name]. What's yours?" He asked extending his hand. "Oh! My name is Jay." He introduced shaking his hand.
Jay smile at him before bombing him with question, "So are you a student too? Your accent is very unique, where are you from? Did you also came here to learn? Do you also wanna learn those spin whatchamacallit moves?" He asked, before [Name] could replied Master Wu spoke, "Prepare the training ground [Name]. We'll see how long he could pass the test."
[Name] nodded and activate the training ground. Jay stared in awe, "Woho, how'd you guys create this?" He walk toward Master Wu who took a tea set out of nowhere. "You must finished this course before I finished my tea." He poured a tea on the cup and started drinking it, Jay look at him confused while [Name] glance at him, "You should have started." He look at [Name] confused.
Master Wu finished his cup, "Today. You failed. We'll try again tomorrow." He stated shutting the door, "WHAT?! I haven't even started yet!" [Name] chuckle and shrugged.
"Come on! I'll show you around the monastery." He grabbed his hand and dragged him toward his room, [Name] gave him a tour around until they reach his room, "And, this is my bedroom!" He open the light revealing his room, it's a bit messy, with some tools and metal pieces.
"Wait! Wait! You invent stuff too?" He asked excitedly. "Yeah! You too?!" The two look at each other excitedly like a little child and begin blabbering on and on about their future and old invention.

2nd person pov:
The next day, Jay started his training seriously, he was still having a hard time and unsurprisingly failed.
"Aw man! How am I supposed to do this?!" He complained flopping on your bed, being both inventors you both got along very well. "How about we train at night? I'll help you." You offered.
"Really?!" He jolted up and look at you, "Yeah, I don't say why not."
And from there day on, every night you two would practice. One night Master Wu look at the both of you, Jay challenge you on who will finished first and unsurprisingly you win. Now you're laughing at him while he lay on one of the course who spin.
Master Wu smile, "They've been getting along." He said looking at your father astral projection. Redson watched them and smile, "Good." He said before disappearing.
