In Smg4's defense, he was only on week one of the cop business. He had no power whatsoever to actually know that Smg3 had the remote with him.
Actually, it was all his fault.
Smg4 stood in another chair, just sad and disappointed in himself for actually being so stupid and so naive. He was officially the worst cop ever, and that was a fact for sure.
