It was the first day of school and Autumn was nervous. It didn't take her long to get out of bed, she had practically jumped out when her alarm had gone off.

Quickly the girl rushed towards the bathroom before either of her brothers could go in. Thankfully her parents seemed to forget about her little alcohol issue from last week. They had been too focused on their move to the new town. After the incident, her parents had decided to move the whole family to Smallville in Clarks childhood home.

Autumn wasn't okay with that, she had to leave all her friends and everything that she had built in her old school which included being the president of two very well respected clubs.

As much as she disliked her parents' choice she would never bluntly tell them no, after all they were the adults.

Autumn sighed looking at the mirror, her curly hair slightly tangled. Quickly the girl stepped into the shower washing just her body. As steam filled up the bathroom Autumn chose to ignore the banging of her brothers behind the bathroom door, she was going to take however much time she liked.

Autumn was met with two very annoyed twins when opening up the door. Her towel gripped tightly around her as both brothers grunted, shouldering her to get into the bathroom.

It didn't take her long to get ready. The girl had thrown on some blue tight jeans, which stuck very nicely to her body and a tight black long sleeve that showed a little to much cleavage than she was hoping for, but the girl hadn't fully settled in so half her clothes were still in suitcases.

Autumn grabbed her bag off the floor, nearly falling backwards from its weight and head right down stairs where the rest of the family had been.

"Good morning." Clark smiled at his daughter, his eyes falling to the stitches which were clearly still visible on the corner of her hairline.

After the whole bonfire incident the siblings had gotten over the fact that their father had been hiding his true identity. Teens didn't care much these days.

"Morning." Autumn smiled back, grabbing an apple and throwing it into her bag before stuffing a whole waffle down her throat, earning a disgusted look from her mother and an amused one from Jonathan.

Thank god Autumn had a fast metabolism, the girl sure did love her food.

"We gotta go." The eldest Kent mumbled with her mouth stuffed.

"About that..." Autumn grabbed her keys, while listening to her parents lightly tell Jordan that they do not want him attending school for a while before he could get his new powers under control.

Autumn knew the boy would not take that very well.

"We think it would be best for the safety of others and you, Jordan." Lois spoke seeing how Jordans eyebrows furrowed in frustration.

"So what, i'm a little stronger." The boy defended himself, throwing his arms beside him, knowing that no matter what he said it wouldn't really change their parents minds.

"You're a lot stronger and don't have any control." Clark raised his eyebrows in a try me manner.

Jonathan and Autumn glanced at each other, both siblings trying to hide their smirks. Both being unsuccessful causing Jordan to scoff before plumping down on the chair.

"Drive safe!" Clark yelled at his teenager before Jon and her had left the house. Autumn wasn't a bad driver but Clark couldn't deny fearing for his life once in a while from being her passenger, and he's invincible.

It's safe to say Jonathan felt the same as his father, gripping tightly onto the Nissans door handle as Autumn whistled to the tune of her music without a care in the world. Jon was seriously considering taking the bus for the rest of the year.

The boy could not have been any happier as Autumn parked the car, and turned off the engine.

"You okay Jon? look a little sick." Autumn stated with a worried tone looking at her younger brother who looked like he might hurl his breakfast in the school parking lot.

"Fine, just nervous." Jon struggled to smile at the girl, lying to not hurt her feelings.

The Kents walked up to the school which seemed smaller than they expected, and went their separate paths.

"204...204..204..." Autumn mumbled under her breath before finding the right classroom. The bell had yet to ring but Autumn wanted to make sure she was early just to get the best seat, which to her was right in front of the teachers desk. She was a teachers pet, Autumn wouldn't deny it. The girl believed that the better your connect is with the teachers the better that resume will look with stacks of recommendation letters.

A couple students piled into the classroom as it neared eight-thirty, some glanced at the girl, who was clearly a new face, which was rare for Smalville.

Autumn sighed in relief as a familiar face walked into the classroom, instantly smiling at the girl.

"Hey, Fall." Tag Harries grinned practically throwing himself into the chair right next to her.

"Or was it Summer? You see i can't exactly remember your name." Tag hummed tapping his chin.

Autumn scoffed rolling her eyes.

"Funny." The girl nodded while grabbing her note book, a pen and a highlighter, then straightening them all out on her desk.

"Wanna sign?" Tag wasn't really asking as he pushed a sharpie into her hand, putting his cast out for her to sign her name onto it.

Autumn grabbed the blue sharpie which would stand out from the rest of the black signatures, lightly grabbing Tags elbow before leaning over to sign his cast. Tag glanced at the stitches at the girls hairline, a small frown resting on his face for a second.

"Done." Autumn grinned giving the boy his sharpie back as he glanced down at the blue ink.

'Hope it hurt. Love, Autumn :) '

The boy scoffed yet found it hard to hide his amusement.

"Hilarious."

Autumn smiled grabbing her reading glasses as the bell finally rung for the start of the period.

"I like the glasses, Spring."

"Will you ever stop?" Autumn huffed, waiting for the teacher to enter the now full class.

"No."

Autumn sighed, looking down at her paper and drawing some light doodles around the edges of the notebook paper, while keeping a light conversation with Tag.

Their conversation had come to a stop as a man walked into the classroom, a briefcase in hand, and a giant smile plastered on his face, which seemed to only get bigger as he scanned the classroom.

"Good morning."  The man stated loud and clear.

Autumn glanced up from her mindless doodling, her body freezing seeing the familiar face from the man at her families barn, yet this time he had one giant grin on his face while looking right into her eyes.

"As some of you know, I'm Mr. Vice, and i will be your english teacher this year." His light accent filled the room. The man turned around and walked towards his desk which put him right in front of Autumn, who still sat there frozen.

Autumn was horrified to say the least. The man she had spoken to so rudely at the barn, and the man who had caught her drinking just so happened to be her teacher.

This was going to be a very long year.
