I can't move my body. It feels as of my body is suspended in time. I manage to open my to see a familiar mix of colors.

I'm in this place again. What is this place anyway? Why can't I move?

'Your heart is strong.' The voice sounded.

'You will find your friends. You will face Challenges ahead. If you wish to face them, you must fight.' It sounded around me.

'Protect your loved ones. Your power lays within your heart.' It spoke one last time then everything went black.

The first thing I noticed as I started to regain my conscious was extreme heat. I moved my hand over the surface I was lying on. It felt like... sand? I manage to open my eyes to intense sunlight.

I squint my eyes and sit up. My sight adjust to the bright lighting and I notice I am surrounded my sand and clay buildings. It looks like an open air market in the desert.

I pulled myself to my feet and waited for the dizziness to fade away. Once I felt better I started to walk around. I noticed a bunch of stands selling vegetables or jewelry.

I kept walking until I heard yelling. I looked around and found a fruit merchant screaming at a little monkey. The giant man had his foot stomped on the poor creatures tail, preventing him from running.

The angered seller raised his arm to strike the trembling animal but my staff intercepted his hand.

"What!" He yelled holding his hand.

"You shouldn't pick on defenseless creatures." I said calmly.

"This doesn't concern you!" He yelled angrily.

"It does when your about to take your anger out on something that can't defend itself." I said narrowing my eyes.

I scooped the shaking money in my arms.

"I'll take him away so he'll be out of your way. Sound fair!" I asked controlling my temper.

"Fine! Just keep the blasted animal away from me and my stand!" He yelled at me.

"Fine." I said evenly.

I started to walk off, but not before I summoned a strong wind to knock over his apples.

I smirked when I heard his frustrated yell.

"You alright little guy?" I asked as I looked down at the furry creature in my arms.

He made a happy noise and crawled onto my shoulder, swinging his tail excitedly.

"I'll take that as a yes." I chuckled.

"Abu! There you are!" A voice called.

I turned around to see a dark skinned young man in white pants and a purple vest running towards me.

"I've been looking everywhere for you buddy." He said to the monkey.

The monkey, Abu, jumped from my shoulder into the guys arms, chattering excitedly.

"I saw what you did back there. Thanks for saving Abu." He said smiling. "My names Aladdin."

"No problem. I'm Kairi." I said smiling.

"Is there anything I can do to thank you? Like a place to stay? You look like a traveller." He said noticing my red hair and pale skin.

"Yeah I am. Actually I'm looking for my friends. Have you seen any other travelers around here?" I asked politely.
