Anirudh - Fine, whatever. (he turned his face in attitude, but he felt pain in his heart; an unknown pain pierced his heart, his eyes brimming with tears which flowed down his cheek. He had never thought in his nightmare that she would talk with him like this way; the girl who was chirpy, bubbly, usually asked him to speak with him constantly, always around him and called him by her only favourite name, "Ani Babu." he smiled sadly, looking at her-What happened now Bondita? Did I do something wrong? You were not always like this way; you used to not talk with me whenever I hurt you. Then did I hurt you, Bondita? Please speak with me and let my old one come back. I beg you, little one (pleaded with her in his mind)

Bondita was trying to ignore his painful face, which turned his face eventually to see her. Her statement pierced her heart. Her eyes wailed up, and tears started flowing down, but she pulled her hair in front of the left side of her face in style. And by setting up with like hair, she was wiping her tears. Anirudh is anirudh; he wanted to always pull her leg, like in his teenage life.

Anirudh - So, what music do you listen to? (started conversation)

Bondita - Are we really doing this? (asked irritatingly)

He was feeling her rage, which was rising just because of the act. He smirks at her, looking at her side.

Bondita - Don't you know about me?

Anirudh - I know you, but to do. You have been different since you came to London. You have changed a lot compared to a few years back in Tulsipur (sarcastically hitting her, knowing about her anger issue)

She can tolerate anyone's tease, but if he teases her or pulls her leg continuously. She will be angry and will puff her cheeks like a rasgulla. He chuckles, looking at her annoyed face.

Bondita - Alright, Fine. (said calmly, as he looked at her horrified) I had the same likes back in India but added some playlists.

Anirudh came to his senses from thinking how she could change her childhood nature, puffing her cheeks, which were always like in her. He used to kiss her to burst her rasgulla-like shape in her mouth.

Anirudh - Ummhhh...Any favourites? (asked her curiously)

Bondita - ahhh....(patting her chin with her index finger) I'm mostly into classic rock.

Anirudh - That's cool, bondita (expressed happily, for which she grins, looking at him). Don't you want to know about me? Ahh...I understood; you already knew.

Bondita - I don't remember anything at all mainly related to you. So it doesn't matter whether I want to know you or not. (said in one go, without showing any expression on her face)

The way she said, his palms clutched the car's steering, and both of their eyes wailed up, sensing the change of situation in a fraction. Her statement pierced his heart. Anirudh turns his face only to look at her hidden face under the long lock of hair.

Anirudh - did you really forget us? Forget about me? What made you this many changes, bondita? Why have you shown me your cold shoulder since I met you? Am I the reason for something that turned you like this, which you always used to do in your teenage years? Get angry with me quickly by not speaking or running away from me by puffing your cheeks, which always shows over-cuteness.

Anirudh thinks about her conversation with her friend when he dropped her bag to her in college. "Yes...he is annoying; you know Anirudh has been giving me hard times since he came....he is back at me...bondita, why are you changed? bondita, do you remember this? bondita don't know you that? I don't want to fall for him again. I don't want to break my heart again." What did I hear on that day? Is that true? What did she mean that she didn't want to fall for him...again? With me? That means...turning her side... Bondita... loved me? Had she fallen for me years before? Did I break her heart unknowingly? He mumbles. But when? I don't know about all those things; when did this happen? Why she didn't tell me if she loved me?

Bondita - did you say something? (bewildered, asked him without looking)

Anirudh nodded horizontally and said no; he didn't say anything nor showed through his face to her. He wanted to confirm first what was in her heart. None spoke anything during the journey as they were in their dilemma. Bondita was feeling guilty as she hurt him again through her words. But what can she do? Bondita couldn't withstand her heart, so she wanted to push him away from her or otherwise, she would fall for him again, or her heart would dig her love for him, which she buried years before, which she didn't want. Already, his presence is making her weak, her heart aching for his Love. Her tears continuously flowed; even if she tried to stop or hold herself back, she couldn't do it. Luckily, her hair strands hid her teary face and miserable state. Her heart was craving something which she wanted to ignore. But it pierced her; she clutched her fists to control her emotions, giving her hard times by digging her nails into her palm skin. If he loved her and proposed, she would have jumped in his lap, hugged him tightly and hid her petite frame in his. How deeply bondita would have loved him; she took these years to forget him, her lousy time. Did she forget him, or was she trying to make her heart accept that she ignored him? Anirudh showed himself again, and her broken heart started mending without even his try; she was surprised by this moment, which she didn't want to occur in her life.

Anirudh felt something was wrong with Bondita, as her body trembled, and her hair disturbed his view of his angelic face of bondita. So Anirudh asked her, not having any patience, suddenly leaving her all nervous, "Are you alright, bondita? Why is your body shaking? She opened her eyes suddenly, and her heart skipped a beat as she felt the same connection with him. They are soulmates in a true sense and always will be, which they had yet to notice. Whenever she was sad, he was the one who always found out about her unhappy heart, just taking a glimpse of her face. No words were leaving her throat; her voice jammed like something stuck. Anirudh touched her shoulder to get assurance from her words; he left her as soon as he heard her words. She forgot to breathe as if frozen by his soothing words and mere touch after these many years on her skin. Bondita inhaled before replying, "Ye..yes, I am. She murmured under her breath, which he could hardly hear, but all his ears and eyes were on his little one. The screeching sound of the tyre brought Bondita from her dreamland. Without wasting a second, she opened the car door and stepped out of the college gate, not before wiping her tears without his knowledge. Thanks! A single word came out of her lips. But he before rejected her gratitude; she was gone.

Anirudh saw her retreating figure through rare view mirrors of the car and said, "Did you love me in these years, Bondita? Or did I hear it wrong? If you had fallen for me, that means I...Did I break your heart? Tears formed in his eyes; his mind struck something, "That's why you are behaving strangely toward me? You don't even want to talk to me. You don't want to remember those days when we cherished and pampered each other. Am I the reason for your cold shoulder behaviour? How did I not see your Love for me?
