"She is my step sister" Vegas
Pete was quite surprised by the news, another news
"You have a" Pete question "Step sister?"
"Yes, Anna Wvylla" Vegas
But something in his voice makes Pete wonder if there are more stories and pasts.
"I'm not forcing you but I want you to tell me everything once you're ready" Pete
Vegas eyes Pete with tenderness. Pete is making Vegas fall deeper and deeper for him.
Vegas nods slightly, he rests his head on Pete's chest "I'm sorry that I didn't get to pick you up today"
"I know you're busy it just-" Pete paused, not sure whether or not he should finish it
Vegas looks at him "Just what? Tell me, Pete, anything"
"It's just you should at least tell me" Pete, his tone saddened a little
Vegas smiles, "Whatever you want, angel"
There is a knock on the door
"What?" Vegas asks with a rough tone
"Boss, sorry to interrupt. There is an urgent business" Lucas
"I will be there" Vegas
Pete gets up from the tyrant's lap "You go"
Vegas straightened his shirt and leaned down to kiss Pete's forehead "Shower and we will have dinner"
With that Vegas left and Pete is doing his business. After a long while they all sit at the dinner table but today another presence is also there with them, Anna Wvylla.
As always Vegas is picking the food for Pete. This simple gesture shows that Vegas deeply loves Pete, and his love can make one envious.
Pete accepts with a small smile and mumbles a thank you, as Anna feels so inferior.
"When is she going back?" Pete asks while chewing
"She will be staying with us for a while" Vegas
"Oh?" Pete acts as if surprised but he is not
"Something happens. Once it quiets down, she will go back" Vegas explain
"You don't need to explain. It's not my business to intervene" Pete
"Pete," Vegas called with a not-so-please tone "My business is your business and your business is also my business"
"You have every right to know" Vegas add
"T-then I will be in your care for a while," Anna said with a smile
Pete looks at Anna with unreadable eyes with a slight smirk he answers "Sure"
"Eat more" Vegas
The next morning Anna is making breakfast for all of them.
Pete comes down after Vegas once he finishes his morning routine only to find Anna all smiley and closing toward Vegas. Not that he cares, if Vegas truly loves him no other woman can make Vegas' heart change, it's just he feels the outside of Anna and the inside are different
"How does it taste?" Anna asks Vegas with a huge smile
"Not bad," Vegas said after tasting
Anna noticed Pete had come down, he smiled at him "Pete, have breakfast together"
Vegas also looks at him with a soft smile but Pete's answer makes his smile drop
