7. Obsessed

"I'm digging my grave here." Cupid said as she stares at the brand new phone she just got after she talked to Robot Fizzarolli about telling Asmodeus and Fizzarolli to stop with the gifts which they did only sending one last thing. That's what it lead to her looking at the phone it had Asmodeus mark on the back of it, when she turns it on there was a message from the both of them.

"Would you like to join us for a date at my club? Ozzie's."

Cupid felt conflicted, on one side she felt happy and excited to see them but on the other side she was worried that Val will see her or one of his contacts to spot her somewhere with someone.

"I think you should go." Loki's voice sounds behind her in her bedroom, she turns around seeing him playing with a cube. "I haven't seen you this happy in a long time, those guys seem to make you happy." He said with a shrug and smiles at her.

"Don't you think is your time to be happy?" He asked and Cupid chuckles kissing his head. "When did you become so wise?" She said and he grins taking a book out.

"From a book that me and Octavia have been reading from her dad's library." He said and she laughs. "You know what, I'll do it and I will not chicken out." Cupid said with a grin.

"I fucking chicken out!" Cupid said all dress up for the date as she stood in line of the Ozzie's club, the more she got closed the more she felt like bolting out of the club. She'll look around to make sure that no Valentino's man or gals will see her and rat her out to the boss, she did tell the guys to meet her inside or the entrance just to throw off anyone who's watching her make them think she's just going inside alone.

Cupid calms herself as she went up next and before she could go in the bouncer stops her.

"Woah there, lady. Got a reservation?" The bouncer asked his hand blocking the entrance, Cupid frowns. "I do but I was told to meet Asmodeus or Fizz-." She gets cut off by the bouncer laughing.

"Yeah right sweet cheeks, and I'm with Jesus." He said and Cupid clench her hands glaring at the bouncer. "No date, no reservation, no entry."

Before Cupid could call Asmodeus on the phone, the big man himself appears behind the bouncer looking quite mad. "Jesse, is there a problem?" Asmodeus said and Jesse jumps turning to his boss holding the clipboards to his chest.
