Friday night came, and I heard a knock. I opened the door to find JK, still in his helmet. My heart skipped a beat. He pulled me close before I could even shut the door. I took off his helmet, and he kissed me deeply. His lips pressed against mine as he whispered, "I missed you, my little minx." His words made me feel warm all over.

"I missed you too," I said softly, my fingers tracing his jawline. We held hands as we went to the bedroom, both of us eager to be close after time apart.

I woke up at 4 am, my body used to this early hour. Waking JK was always hard - he looked so peaceful sleeping. I knew the smell of good food would do the trick, so I started cooking. The kitchen filled with warm, delicious smells.

"Hey," JK said in a sleepy voice as he came downstairs. My breath caught as I saw him. He wasn't wearing a shirt, showing off his strong muscles and beautiful tattoos. I couldn't help but stare, feeling lucky he was mine.

Holden was still asleep, giving us a quiet moment alone. JK came up behind me while I cooked. He pressed his warm chest against my back, making me feel safe and loved. His strong arms wrapped around me, and he rested his chin on my shoulder - just like always. But it never got old. He nuzzled his nose into my neck, his breath tickling my skin. "My little minx," he growled softly, his voice full of affection. "What do you have for me this morning?"

I leaned back into him, savoring his warmth and scent. These quiet morning moments, just the two of us, made all the long separations worth it. I turned my head to kiss his cheek, feeling so much love for this man who always came back to me.

I giggled, "Some of your favorites, of course," as I continued to cook.

He whispered in my ear, "You're my favorite thing, Noona."

I gazed at him with wide eyes and lightly tapped him with the spoon I was holding. He recoiled slightly and flinched. "You're so naughty," I exclaimed to him.

JK giggled a bit. "What, me? No," he said sarcastically.

"I'm just being honest." I playfully teased him.

He turned me around with a firm grip, his voice low and intense. "Don't make me take you back upstairs and show you," he said as he pulled me closer. I could feel the heat rising within me, my heart pounding in my chest.

"You have to work," I said with a playful warning, a mischievous glint in my eye as I flashed a smile.

His long sigh filled the room as he leaned in, resting his forehead against mine. "But I'm practically the boss, besides my brothers. Can't I just stay and play a bit longer? I haven't seen you all week," he whined with a hint of longing in his voice. "I have missed you, Noona." As he pleaded, he gave me the cutest pouty bunny face, and for a moment, I almost caved into his request.

"Now, now, you have a tour coming. It's important. You don't want to let Army down, do you?"As he pulled away, he swiftly grabbed a mouthful of food right from the sizzling pan, his cheeks bulging with the delicious morsels. With a charming smile, he got ready to leave. I knew his passion for Army equaled his love for me, and I was content with that. Smiling, I waved goodbye as he put on his helmet and strolled out the door.

As JK left, I saw quick flashes of light. My heart raced as I looked out the window. No cars were around, but something felt off. I watched JK get on his bike and zoom away, my chest tight with worry.

Another flash. My eyes darted around, searching for the source. Nothing. No one. But the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. "A camera?" I whispered, my voice shaky.

Fear crept over me like ice water. My hands trembled as I quickly shut the door and closed the blinds. I tried to tell myself I was being silly, but my body knew better. My stomach churned with dread.
