The Rival's "Girlfriend"

"And then she just walked out without paying her bill. Can you believe it?!"

"Karen!"

"Literally!" Alex added.

"So what now?"

"Nothing... We can't really do much..." Hope said taking a sip of her coffee.

"What did Roberto say?"

"Nothing as well... I mean, what can he say when he has to deal with person like her..."

"Right..."

We were sitting, taking break from all the work this morning. We didn't do much since we weren't so busy with customers, but still...

After our walk yesterday, I felt much better. Pablo is a good company and he's also very supportive. But he doesn't even know me that good and he's acting like he knows me for years...

"Anyways... Are you going to Real's game tonight?" Alex asked me.

"What?"

"Torry bought tickets and she'll go with Philip and Fernando. And I thought that you guys will go together."

"No, I'm not going. I'm busy and I can't..."

LIE! Well...not really! I am busy...but not with stuff I used to be.

The thing is that I haven't told my friends yet... About break up and our situation... None of that. Also about Pablo... and me fake dating him for one week.... Nothing! When will I tell them? I don't know...

"Jude would be upset if you don't go to see him." Hope said.

"I know..." I mumbled trying to act normal.

"You know, I read that if you're in relationship for more two years or more, that it will last forever!" Alex added.

Forever you say... Yeah sure! If "FOREVER" means until someone cheats on the other one, then yeah... It's not gonna last forever.

"That doesn't have to be true."

"I agree, but I also agree with Alex. People who are together for a long time are more likely to get married one day." Hope said.

Only if they know... But I can't explain all this to them right now.

"I think we should go back to work guys!" I said as I stood up. I only wanted to get myself out of this. I didn't want to talk about it anymore.

"Oh yeah, I have to finish some paper work with Roberto."  she also stood up.

"And someone has to wash the dishes."

I didn't know that he has a game... Oh well he was telling me about it when we were still together, but to be honest, after what he did, I wasn't in the mood to look when he has games or who's he playing against. All that doesn't matter now.

Luckly, it was already 3pm. My shift is almost done as I can go out with Pablo. At least something good about this day. I'm kind of excited to hang out with him, even if that means that I have to act like his fake girlfriend.

Suddenly, I got a notification on my phone.
